The phone which was there in the room was not working so couldn’t hear anything when tried ordering from room service
Service was bad
The price what was mentioned on the menu was not the same, price was higher so have to pay extra

The room was stinking, there were no classes to drink water, and upon asking twice, they didn’t send any, there was no hand wash liquid, no comb and room was very congested too.

Way to basement restaurant smells very badly. Rotten vegetable smell near entry of basement restaurant which is coming upwards upto ground floor.
