I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. It is so close to marine drive, I mean I just have to walk across the street and the sea is just right in front of me. Besides that, my room got the sea view so I could see beautiful view in sunset and sunrise. Also the restaurant has a balcony so you can enjoy the view while having your breakfast

Hotel is very conveniently located near marine drive. The ambiance inside is good. The suit was comfortable though a bit small for the price. The menu for breakfast is not very great. They don't have live counters. Staff is courteous and respectful. Overall a comfortable stay

We stayed for 13 days in a non-sea facing Executive Suite. The room is like a one bed room apartment. Very spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice sofa. It also contains two TVs, a nice desk and a very nice one-seater with an otto*** and a coffee table. Daily cleaning and service were excellent (complimentary pastries and chocolates every day). The hotel lobby and the Bay View restaurant are simply spectacular. The breakfast buffet was very good with wide choices of Indian and Continental dishes. The Geoffrey's Bar is great for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The only slightly disappointing thing is the rooftop swimming pool area which seems to be designed for functions rather than for relaxation. Nevertheless, the pool itself was very clean. The hotel location is, of course, wonderful. Right on the famed Marine Drive. It's only a few minutes walk to Church Gate train station and there are bus stops right in front of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can strongly recommend this boutique hotel.

Dental kit and soap provided after request only. Lift is old one in which only 3 can go at a time. On day 2 water bottle provided after request only.

Amenities are really good and services also totally worth as per money staff is also good one should prefer this hotel

The location is good. The seaside boulevard is suitable for walking and viewing. It is not too far from the India Gate and can be reached on foot. Window-type air conditioner, electric fan, and bathroom are fairly clean. Slippers are not provided. Breakfast is served, but it is ordered and delivered to the room. The hotel is old, the elevator belongs to the manual sliding door, which has a retro taste.

Staff was really helpful. Couple friendly. People were very kind through out our stay.

The area where the hotel is located is so dirty i wouldn't recommend it as the room is so small. The staff is very good but there is only issue with the area

Great place, great staff, especially Madhu, there is a shopping mall nearby with all brands.
