si tratta di un albergo a due stelle pertanto le aspettative non potevano essere troppo alte per quanto riguarda l’arredo dell’albergo e delle stanze che sono in effetti molto squallidi. Mai una colazione è stata tanto misera e triste; se anche avessimo voluto integrarla pagando non avremmo potuto ordinare neanche un succo di frutta industriale perché non era disponibile. tuttavia ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la scortesia dello staff; mai in un mese trascorso in tante diverse regioni di questo paese abbiamo sperimentato una tale maleducazione e ***canza di rispetto verso il cliente, così lontani dal concetto tipico di accoglienza indiana. Il nostro tour operator ha erroneamente prenotato una notte anziché due, così ci siamo trovati sbattuti fuori dalla camera la mattina del nostro ultimo giorno, proprio quello della ripartenza. senza la minima traccia di panico io ho pensato ad un misunderstanding con il nostro operatore e ho cercato con lui la soluzione nel modo più pacifico possibile, ossia integrando il pagamento per una seconda notte. il proprietario, con una ***canza assoluta di savoir faire ha soltanto urlato come un vero pazzo fin dal primo istante senza nessuna ragione e invece di dirci un semplice e accettabile “mi dispiace, purtroppo non abbiamo altre camere disponibili”, ha continuato a urlare e sembrava divertito. Un’esperienza di sgarbatezza gratuita. Non esiste un motivo per cui scegliere di venire in questo albergo it is a two-star hotel therefore expectations could not be too high as regards the furnishings of the hotel and the rooms which are in fact very shabby. Never has a breakfast been so miserable and sad; even if we had wanted to integrate it by paying we could not have ordered even an industrial fruit juice because it was not available. however what struck us the most was the rudeness of the staff; never in a month spent in so ***y different regions of this country have we experienced such rudeness and lack of respect towards the customer, so far from the typical concept of Indian hospitality. Our tour operator mistakenly booked one night instead of two, so we found ourselves kicked out of the room on the morning of our last day, the very day of departure. without the slightest trace of panic, I thought of a misunderstanding with our operator and sought the solution with him in the most peaceful way possible, that is, integrating the payment for a second night. the owner, with an absolute lack of savoir faire just yelled like a ****** from the very first moment for no reason and instead of telling us a simple and acceptable ”I'm sorry, unfortunately we have no other rooms available”, he continued to yell and seemed amused. A free rudeness experience. There is no reason to choose to come to this hotel

The hotel is one of a kind--with style, elegancy and excellency. The location is definitely the most attractive point. All staff are friendly and polite. The breakfast spread was nice. It was a enjoyable stay.

Staff is lethargic. Takes multiple reminders to seek basic amenities like tea and coffee sachets to water bottles. The AC fitted in the room probably belongs to 1980s and makes a persistent noise that makes it difficult to relax peacefully after a long day of work. The windows outside are unclean, something you wouldn't want when you have a room facing the sea. Cleanliness of the room exterior and especially the window panes is highly unacceptable. The staff at the reception is good and out to help you always, the only saving grace. If you are expecting a peaceful sleep after a day of work, avoid this property. The noisy AC will ensure you wake up with a headache the next day again. Avoid the sea view room because the windows are so filthy that you would even regret standing at the window for a while. Disappointed stay.

We stayed for 13 days in a non-sea facing Executive Suite. The room is like a one bed room apartment. Very spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice sofa. It also contains two TVs, a nice desk and a very nice one-seater with an otto*** and a coffee table. Daily cleaning and service were excellent (complimentary pastries and chocolates every day). The hotel lobby and the Bay View restaurant are simply spectacular. The breakfast buffet was very good with wide choices of Indian and Continental dishes. The Geoffrey's Bar is great for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The only slightly disappointing thing is the rooftop swimming pool area which seems to be designed for functions rather than for relaxation. Nevertheless, the pool itself was very clean. The hotel location is, of course, wonderful. Right on the famed Marine Drive. It's only a few minutes walk to Church Gate train station and there are bus stops right in front of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can strongly recommend this boutique hotel.

Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

The service attitude of the hotel is okay, but the facilities are relatively outdated, which is not comparable to hotels at this price in China. On the first morning there was a dead cockroach on the sink in the bathroom. In addition, the speed of the Internet is extremely slow, the free one is only 512k, and it often fails to connect for no reason. After entering the room number and last name, it prompts that the connection failed, and restarting the computer does not work.

The Leela is a Luxury hotel close to the airport and in the heart of the city. It is well known brand for its architecture , luxoruous amenities & Superb service. Some of the highlights : Rooms : The rooms are spacious having a good vibe, elegantly designed, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. Some of the few facilities that we loved : Amazing swining pool , lovely fountain, well equiped gym . Superb lounge. Service: Leela is known for great service the hotel staff treated us very well. Service by Pratmesh was commendable. Chef Rupesh , Chef Vivek were allways made us feel special. Chef Deepak guided us well about good healthy food with Less oil, no maida , low cholesterol food. Although it is pricier than ***y other 5stars, the experience may make you overlook it.

Pretty nice hotel. For a 4 star hotel it is definitely about same level as some of the 5 star hotels in mumbai at half the price. Lots of freebees throw in too. Good location near the airport. One slight bad thing would be the soundproof of the room is not that good.

I visited Mumbai for Business purpose. This time I decided to make use of Gym facility. The first day I went, I met a person named Justin, gym trainer. I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji.
