The restaurant and front desk of the hotel are not allowed to wear room clothes and slippers, but when you look at the dress of the restaurant in the morning, this hotel seems to have no problem with room clothes and slippers. At the front desk, there is no explanation of the difference from such a general hotel. If the accommodation fee is similar to the city hotel, the front desk service should be done. The public bath was large and clean, but there were few hot water in the bathtub, and it was shallow and relaxing. I was looking forward to the purpose of changing my mood in the city, but I wonder if this is repeated. At least the general hotel service should be learned.

The appearance and interior were very nice. The retro atmosphere of the elevator was good. The breakfast buffet was delicious and enjoyed. I will definitely use it if I have the opportunity to go to Nagasaki again.

Everything was greattttttt! The room was spectacular and the amenities were mind-blowing. I will definitely come back here if I ever come to Fukuoka. It’s not too far from Hakata Station (main / central station) which has so much to offer - more like a plaza to me. Only 700 meters away. The staff speak good English. I really really recommend this hotel. Everything just ticked all the boxes.

I’m a frequent guest at Millennial Kyoto and couldn’t be more delighted to hear that they open a new hotel in Fukuoka. Millennials Fukuoka is in a strategic location close to restaurants, mini marts, and lots of stuff going on in the Area. It’s sparkling clean and well run. Their staff, especially Faith are extremely helpful. I had a great stay and would love to return when I’m back in Fukuoka.

Good location. Good price. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean hotel. Looks new. BUT... (1) I find the room too dark. There is a hallway light with sensor that I wished had a switch that could turn it on/off. It could’ve added brightness to the room. (2) The air-conditioner is centralized, you cannot control it. The air is not enough to cool the warm room. There was a time that warm air was being emitted so we had to open the window for cooler air. But opening the window lets you hear the street noise. (3) Toilet/Bathroom is small. If you are tall, you cannot comfortably sit when doing your business. (4) The hallway of the room is too narrow. But the bed area of our twin room is wide. If these are OK with you, it is still a nice hotel to stay in.

Pro: The location was great, with short walking distance to subways, Tenjin underground mall, and lots of eateries. Staff speaks relatively good English and was very helpful. Con: Room size was average but manageable with 2 large suitcases. There is no driveway in front of the hotel for cars to unload the luggage. The road in front of the hotel was a narrow 2-way, so we had some difficulty unloading.

Very clean and tidy. 3 mins walking to the nearest railway station. 3 convenience stores nearby. Staff service is excellent
