The check in process was smooth and efficient the front desk staff (MS Rizvana MS Gulnaz & MS Mawi were welcoming us nicely with lovely smile and provided all necessary information promptly. the room was clean, spacious and well-maintained. the decor was modern and aesthetically pleasing, the bed was comfortable for sleeping, everything in the room makes you wanna return back to enjoy the stay. the dining experience was exceptional , the food, staff and service wow 5 star I really like it All staff and management were friendly and helpful thank you, Fern residency, at Mundra for sure will come again

Good hotel. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. ms gulnaz ms rizvana The fern hotel has the best environment and facilties and a very pleasant stay. , The have good variety of veg and non veg food comprises from western, local gujurat cuisine, north indian cuisine, and asian cuisine. Great

Food was excellent. Room service and front desk no comments. It was more than the mark. Particularly front desk Mr.Shivam &her colleague. He advise to all hotel facelleties like swiming pool lawn Gym and about the traveling place mandvi beach and vijay vilas palace. Thanks for the everyone.

I’m seriously telling you fern very bad with the lobby there is no ac I can’t shout and makes your hotel bad I have a very good service with the room and food only thing I’m feeling bad about Lobby Y will we select your hotel because we will except service and we will have meetings in the lobby that I didn’t had especially your receptionist where very cool sweet humble they made Realx Orelse I’m telling you fern I would have complained to your head office Please make sure things goes smoothly Thanks We respect you receptionist people Gulzan and all thanks

I loved the food, the ambience, the hotel rooms but what I loved the most was the hand written note left for me with the two chocolates..that was very thoughtful and personal. The dinner and breakfast buffet were elaborate and tasty. The staff was efficient and very helpful.
