Very clean and super modern rooms. The spa is a great addition to the hotel

The hotel is very clean and confartable the location is in a residential area but far from city center not very well connected by public transportation. The room is well equipped with amenities coffee machine and kettle .fridge. the shower is awesome. Didn't try the breakfast.

Check in was fuss free and the front desk were professional and friendly. Room is spacious and clean, very comfortable bed. I also love the location of this hotel as it’s within a short walking distance to the train station.

The location is very nice. It's chill and quiet, providing a nice place to getaway in Munich. The staff are also very helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Except for the hardware, it can be said that there is nothing good about it. The freezer is empty. If you want to buy water and snacks, you need to go downstairs to the front desk to buy them. The coffee machine is broken. Cleaning is to wipe the water stains and change the towels. There are fewer towels every day. There was no hand towel on the first day, and there was only one set of personal items on the last day. Water was only given on the first day of check-in, and it was still not given after the complaint. In five days, I split five orders. Isn’t it worth a bottle of water every day? And the attitude of an Indian female receptionist at the front desk was very bad! The front desk rarely answered the phone, and you need to go downstairs to find the front desk yourself. On the last day, I asked the hotel for towels, and I ran to the front desk to ask for them. They told me that someone would send it later. There was no movement for nearly an hour. I called again and it took half an hour before it was delivered. The feedback given was that someone only answered the phone and delivered things before 5 o'clock in the day. When I used the bathroom, I found that the ceiling was leaking, and there were yellow stains on the bottom mat. The most disgusting thing was that when I returned to the hotel on the last day to take a shower, I found a ** on the bathroom door that I had wiped. . . .

Very nice hotel room with excellent breakfast

The hotel was newly opened in 2023. All facilities are brand new, the service is also very good, and there seems to be preferential treatment for Chinese people. Not far from the British Park, it only takes about ten minutes to walk there. It is a little far from the city center, and there doesn't seem to be much to visit around. There are many large international companies and other big-name hotels around, which is suitable for business trips.

The room is large and quiet, with two sinks, the latest rain shower system, and the bathroom has smooth drainage. The transportation is convenient, self-driving or pick-up is very convenient. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the old town of Munich...but there is no Chinese courtesy...there are slippers and a bathrobe.

We lost our expensive mirac in the room and we were in such a hurry that we didn’t check it out. This was our biggest regret during this trip.

The hotel including cheap parking is well suited for sightseeing.

Unfortunately a huge disappointment, booked the hotel especially for the wellness area, unfortunately it was only open from 5-9 p.m. which I'm not used to from such a large hotel and unfortunately didn't work out at all with our times. Was also unfortunately here and at B .... Not as described. According to 2 times asking at the reception normal and unfortunately no exception possible which I am not so used to in other hotels. The room could have been cleaner, the landlord had hair on the pillow, the outside of the closet was dirty with a black stripe, etc. Next time I'd rather go back to one of the other well-known chains here in Munich.

Great hotel, nice rooms and the location is just great

The staff is very rude. Spa smells like a locker room that hasn’t been cleaned in 5 years. Best part was the bed. Other then that I don’t recommend
