Klassisches Businesshotel in München Ost mit ordentlichen und sauberen Zimmern. Die Gänge und Flure zu den Zimmern wirken etwas älter und weisen die typischen Gebrauchsspuren auf. Hinter der Zimmertür erwartet einen nicht viel spektakuläres aber ein stimmig aufeinander abgestimmtes Raumdesign. Das Bad wirkt auch etwas älter. Insbesondere die Badewanne (Dusche) kann für manche Hotel-Besucher etwas unbequem und störend sein. Ansonsten ist das Bad mit allen üblichen Produkten ausgestattet. Der offene Schrank ohne Türen verweist nochmal auf die Ausrichtung als Business-Hotel um schnell an seine Hemden zu gelangen, ein Safe ist in ihm eingebunden. Der TV sowie der Arbeitsplatz fallen groß aus. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch die Bettdecke ist sehr angenehm. Die Lobby ist sehr groß und nimmt den gesamten Eingangs- und Empfangbereich ein. Gegen Abend ist die Lichtstimmung recht hell - im Bereich des Empfangs ist die Lobby so etwas uneinladend. Dennoch ein passendes Design, in welchem die Möbel aufeinander abgestimmt sind - aber auch hier keine Besonderheiten. Der Frühstücksraum ist ähnlich gestaltet. Bei mehreren Personen wird es am eckig gestellten Buffet etwas eng. Dennoch eine üblich vielfältige Auswahl. Produkte wie frische Waffeln oder ähnliches vermisst man - ist in der Ausrichtung des Hauses auch nicht zwingend notwendig. Das Personal insbesondere im Frühstücksraum ist nett und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn die Bar mit Barkeepern nicht bestetzt war, hat sich der Empfang gut um die Gäste gekümmert.

Para nosotros este hotel ha sido todo un acierto, llegamos muy tarde el jueves por la noche y nos atendieron de maravilla. Check-in rápido y eficaz. Al día siguiente aprovechamos para visitar la ciudad de Munich y el hotel esta muy bien conectado, simplemente una linea de bus y un metro y ya estas en el centro de la ciudad. Nosotros lo reservamos para ir al concierto de Adele y con ese mismo bus llegas a la zona del concierto sin problemas! Habitación limpia y espaciosa, con kettle para hacerte té o café, calefacción y aire acondicionado. Por último, para volver, fuimos al aeropuerto en tren, ya que si caminas 20 minutos tienes la estación de tren que en 25 minutos te lleva al aeropuerto. Una opción genial y moderna con personal muy muy amable, lo volvería a elegir sin duda 🫶

Esperienza horror! Un dipendente dell’hotel è entrato nella nostra stanza senza autorizzazione alle 2 di notte, sicuramente con intento di furto. mentre dormivamo! Facendoci saltare dal letto. Dopo questa esperienza non riuscirò più ad essere tranquillo in nessun hotel!

Terribile esperienza, un dipendente dell’hotel assieme ad un altra persona sono entrati nella nostra camera alle 2 di notte mentre dormivamo per tentare di rubare, per fortuna mi sono svegliato evitando il furto bloccando i due. È stato a dir poco un trauma di fatto sono tre giorni che non riesco a conciliare il sonno. Il dipendente era lo stesso che poche ore prima ci ha accolto al check-in assegnandoci una camera sullo stesso piano della reception e in vicinanza della stessa, aveva evidentemente previsto tutto. Inoltre la room card era inserita nell’apposito slot che consente di attivare la corrente elettrica in stanza e di segnalare la presenza del cliente. Il dipendente dell hotel non ha informato nessuno né la struttura né un suo responsabile né un suo superiore, ed al cambio turno quando volevo far prevalere i miei diritti nessuni sapeva niente. Polvere e insetti in camera non mancavano inoltre c’erano i menù ma non la possibilità di mangiare.Ho anche avuto problemi con una ragazza dello staff per la sua totale arroganza, maleducazione e incapacità totale di problem solving. Che dire un vero film horror! Sconsigliatissimo!
