Good to stay here, is cheaper but smaller room

There is a male front desk who provides very good service, giving people a very close and intimate feeling. The facilities are average in all aspects, about the level of Ibis. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers, I didn't see them in the hotel

It was very comfortable because it was in a good location and quiet place, 20 minutes by tram from the central station. There is a big supermarket next door, so you can find anything there. I still want to use it.

The hotel is located 10 minutes away from the S/U train station. The sound insulation of the room is poor, and the sound of the door opening and closing next to it/the noise from upstairs is very clear. The only saving grace is that there is a large supermarket next to it, which is very convenient.

Unfortunately in the early hours of my second day I tripped over a poorly lit and marked speed bump located a few yards from the hotel entrance resulting in me smashing my face on the concrete floor. My injuries consisted of two black eyes, cuts, grazing and severe bruising to my forehead and left side of face. One of my party had commented that it was a trip hazard but unfortunately I was not present when this comment was made !!!!

The staff welcomed us warmly. The room was a decent size, clean and good AC. Nice lounge and bar in the reception, and also a nice space for breakfast with all that you need to start the day. The hotel had a good location, just a short walk from the tram. Would recomend it to anyone, and return there on my next trip to Munich

What we liked: The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices to suit all guests - hot and continental choices, along with a good range of hot drinks, juices and even Prosecco ! The room and hotel were modern and very clean throughout. There was a supermarket in the same road. The reception staff were able to supply maps and give recommendations for local restaurants. There is a tram stop a few minutes walk from the hotel. Other things to note: The room was quite small, with minimal furniture, but we only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't problem. The access to the car park is quite tight, but was manageable.

Euros trip, standard Ibis, nice and clean and very comfortable beds, location about 20 minutes from centre but tram stop outside straight to marionplatz, downside no safe in room, no tea or coffee so very basis, but good for a place to sleep over.

We chose Ibis, based on our previous, excellent, stay in Berlin. However, this time paled in comparison. The bed was indeed comfortable and the staff was polite but this is where any praise for the hotel ends. To say that the room was dirty is an understatement. In fact it was not cleaned once (the room or the bathroom) for the duration of our stay which was 8 nights. Linen was only changed once and you can see from the pictures that it needed changing!! Housekeeping was present and changed towels every couple of days, but that was it as far as housekeeping goes.

Upkeep of the hotel was not in line with the ibis chain of hotels which i have stayed. Location was good

In total it was a comfortable stay here. I stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. A clean room in the modern Ibis design, compared to other Ibis Hotels the rooms are really quiet. The bar downstairs offers a good choice of drinks. The hotel staff was very friendly throughout my stay here. Many restaurants and stores, as well as tram, bus, subway and train stations are nearby.

Enjoyed an excellent experience at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is ideally located, & within a 15 minute tram ride to the city centre. Exceptionally clean & well run, & the breakfast is excellent, with a large variety of hot/cold food on offer. The staff were very friendly & a credit to the hotel. A lovely bar area, with an outside seating area. There is a very convenient holding room, that you can store away luggage in, if you arrive early, or need to use this after checkout before heading to the airport. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Had a good experience here. Friendly staff, a quiet, clean, modern and comfortable room with stable Wifi, a good location with plenty of shops around, as well as good connection to the cities public transportation. I'll definitely stay here again in future.
