Good location and very friendly staff, they also help us book train station ticket. Location is very convenient across street is central station.

Good location, directly next to the train station. So convenient in this regard. Clean and spacious room, all okay. For business travel I would come back.

The hotel is at the opposite of the main train HBF but depends with entrance you come out. We blessed that the breakfast provides Prosecco on Sat & Sun free flow from 6-11am. And of course wide spread of breakfast, mainly bread. We enjoyed our stay

Good hotel

The location is perfect! The service for cleaning the room is below 5 star Marriott-chained hotel standard. The housekeeper forgot to replace towels and just organized the bed a bit, replaced water and left the window opened. After checkout, the receptionist provided bottles of water which is a very nice move.

Convenient location, good service from staff

The hotel is opposite Munich Central Station, just across the street. The breakfast at the hotel is very good, and Chinese people are also used to eating. The environment is very good, and the service is also good.

Clean and tidy. Good location. Close to the train station and airport bus station. Nice breakfast! There is free alcoholic beverages (orange juice and champagne) on weekends walking distance to the city centre. I feel quite safe

Because I couldn't travel due to the epidemic in Germany, I discussed it with this hotel, which was very disrespectful to the customers and completely ignored the health reasons. I originally promised to coordinate my stay in July, but when I asked for the date later, the hotel raised the price and asked me to pay double the price. It really makes me look down on Le Meridien hotels in Germany. Germany is also a developed country. Is the hotel industry already in such a bad shape? ! It’s hard to imagine whether your attitude toward customers is racial discrimination and looking down on Chinese customers. I advise Chinese guests who are researching which hotel to stay in to keep their eyes open and not to be unhappy by such a hotel in a foreign country! Ctrip's coordinator was very patient and sincere. Although the coordination did not work out in the end, I still expressed my gratitude.

The room is in Amy's usual style, relatively simple. The lighting in the room is not very suitable, a bit dark. Very clean. The breakfast was good. It's very close to the train station, but the hotel felt very safe.

The environment and location are excellent, but children must pay 75 euros for an extra bed, which is a bit confusing. After the extra bed, children have to pay for breakfast. Ctrip's introduction says that children are welcome to stay, but the actual order sent says that children are not allowed to stay.
