Ibis Muenchen City West Reviews

This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel and the experience is the same. Rooms are standard, small but it has what you need. The breakfast is very tasty but after staying there for 1 week it becomes repetitive. It is very convenient because the metro entrance is just next door. Around the hotel there is a pharmacy, grocery store, and a few restaurants. Recommended every time!

Good location , very clean and safety

Conveniently located hotel. Very easy to reach by car but also by bus, S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Clean and functional, friendly staff

The room is relatively spacious and convenient for business trips. There are supermarkets and subways nearby, but it is not in the city center.

Very good value for money. Pleasant environment, breakfast and staff. Very fast registration in the middle of the night. Clean, very good bed. Staff keen to help. Would recommend and stay again if needed

We stayed for an initial three nights and added three more. The hotel lobby is very modern. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. Breakfast is nice. The hotel is located next to the metro. There is also a cute neighborhood behind the hotel that has wonderful pubs and restaurants. The only thing we did not like were our mattresses - they are thin foam mattresses, and they slide off the bed nightly.

We spent three nights at this Ibis. The hotel is located a little way out of the city centre, but is less than 30 minutes by S-Bahn right into town. It's located on a busy road, which is also well served by buses. The check in was a little slow on the day we arrived, as there was a guest with an issue ahead of us which too some time to resolve. The room was typical of an Ibis. but was decorated in a more modern style, so perhaps this property is newer than others I have stayed in. It wasn't that big, and the bathroom takes up space in the corner. But it had plenty of power points, especially next to the bed. There is a 24-hour garage next door if you need supplies. I was happy with this hotel, and would consider staying here again. It was a little expensive, but we were in town when there was a big event on. I suspect it is usually more reasonably priced.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting family in Munich. It was a good location for us, very near to public transportation -less than a block away from the hotel door. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, adequate for a few nights stay with an excellent breakfast bar. The Staff was very kind to go out of their way and help us find a nearby pharmacy to accommodate medicine for my spouse. We will definitely return on our next trip to Munich.

Very nice reception and clean hotel. Centrally located and subway right outside the door. Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Breakfast was great, a bit of everything and nice staff who were very friendly. Parking in the underground car park is also possible

Good hotel for a city trip. Good location - the subway station and bus stop are right in front of the hotel. Right next to the hotel there is a gas station with a 24-hour Rewe Express shop. Various supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away. Great breakfast! And nothing was missing. The room was absolutely fine for a short stay, it was clean. The only downside is the bed, not very comfortable, the mattresses keep coming apart - a bit annoying. The street in front of the hotel is quite loud. We would book it again for a stay in Munich.

We stayed in this hotel during the last Oktoberfest weekend. High cost, €115 per person. Clean, large and bright room, overlooking the internal car park. Paid breakfast €15 per person, plentiful and with lots of choice. The only big flaw was the towels. There was only one large towel per person in the room, for washing and drying hands. Not acceptable for me, given the price spent. Very uncomfortable pillows.

Problematic check-in... we took advantage of the 2nd room formula at 50% and the receptionist wanted us to pay for both rooms at full price... after insisting and after the arrival of the 2nd employee, they noticed their mistake... Also, we had requested two connecting rooms and were misunderstood, the first rooms were side by side but not communicating... after returning to reception, we requested new rooms and this time they communicated well... Practical USB sockets next to the desk The welcome drink (Accor Silver member) could not be chosen and we were served water...unlike other hotels in the group Accor Underground parking is chargeable but practical. The breakfast is OK for this range of hotels and the staff is very friendly. Check-out went well..

Hotel muy nuevo y moderno. Habitación medida correcta para ir solo a dormir. Lavabo pequeño pero muy práctico. Solo los toallas eran finas y no secaban bien Desayuno fantástico. Parada metro al lado, de tranvia a 50 metros y de bus a 300metros. A4km centro.. Muy recomendable

Das Hotel ist sauber und scheint überarbeitet worden zu sein. Die Zimmer sind an sich OK, so wie man es aus den neuen Ibis kennt. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Das Personal ist etwas voreilig ... man wird gar nicht gefragt, wann man zahlen will, es wird einfach abgerechnet. Preislich ist es absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Über 200€ ohne Frühstück für ein Ibis.
