酒店房間的設施還行，不過走廊上別人開門的聲音還是挺清晰的。這個地方距離輕軌站相當遠，如果拿着重行李就不太方便了。

Convenient location (near the train station, shops), clean rooms, friendly staff. The breakfasts are delicious. Of the minuses: poor sound insulation. There is no kettle in the room. Staying for 1-2 hours is quite acceptable

Leider war unser Zimmer bezogen haben noch nicht richtig gereinigt. Es waren Flecken am Waschbecken, die schmutzigen Handtücher und ein voller Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon. Wir haben es erwähnt, aber am Abend war nur die schmutzigen Handtücher weggeräumt. Das dreckige Waschbecken und die dreckigen Schalter waren immer noch und der Aschenbecher war auch noch draußen. Das war sehr schade ich habe es heute Morgen wieder erwähnt und er hat sich entschuldigt, dass ein Personalleiter nicht das gemacht hat leider durch den vielen Regen war auch die Tiefgarage ein bisschen unter Wasser. Wir haben lieber draußen geparkt. Die Fliesen im Zimmer am Rand gingen auch schon leider ab.

Waschbecken war bei Ankuft nicht geputzt. Zimmer wurde nur einmal bei Aufenthalt von drei Nächten geputzt. Matratzen durchgelegen. Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Quitschendes Bett. Lage ist schön. Bushaltestelle zum Bahnhof Parsing in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt gegenüber vorhanden. Sympathischer Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Frühstück okay.

Pro: Schöner Garten, gute Lage, sehr gute Pizzaria im Haus
Contra: Schimmel im Bad, Warteschlange vor dem Frühstücksraum, weil nicht genug Tische. vorhanden sind, Rolladen kaputt, die Flure stinken nach Rauch, das Babybett war wacklig und nicht benutzbar, Parken kostet extra
