Very nice and new hotel, even though it is outside of the city, the tram 19 is very convenient. Extra thing i really liked that the minibar was included, and filled up daişy. Really recommend

Hotel was nice and modern. Room was on the smaller side, and a shame the smart TV wasn’t actually a smart TV and they only had German channels. Hotel air con wasn’t the best but kept the room somewhat cool. Shower has no conditioner but has shampoo and shower gel.

Very good hotel. Near bus 19 station just walk 3 minutes.

Overall nice place and very good breakfast. Service had some hick-ups, but the staff on site were very friendly.
The aircon in the rooms seems to be very weak and windows can’t open, we changed to another room with slightly better aircon.
Design is quite sleek and modern and a decent gym is available for free.

Not close to the city centre, but you can take the tram directly to most of the attraction spots. The hotel looks new, the room was clean and comfy. However, I found some empty boxes from the last resident left in the toilet, and the smell was not so great when I entered the room. Also, the air conditioner was too warm even in 18°C. Apart from that, it is a nice hotel with a good price in Munich.

Brand new hotel, I liked everything in it. Location is definitely not central but there is good transportation around and you can get to the city center for 10-15 minutes
Very nice gym, it’s always so important for me, good equipment, big windows

The reception gave my room to another German couple. I was sitting in the room and the couple opened my door with their room card. It’s the most ridiculous thing that I ever had in a five stars hotel, and he didn’t feel sorry about it.

Breakfast is almost the same everyday, parking space is good, recommend to stay if you have car.
