Location was excellent as it us very near to the Munich Railway station. Going to and fro from Airport is convenient as the airport bus is just around the corner. Food are aplenty around

Good hotel in good location close to railway station, would stay there again

Location was good and pretty easy to find after you get out the subways. Staff are lovely, room was very nice and comfy. Lighting was a bit dark but otherwise everything was very nice.

Hotel offered us with a free room upgrade to this gorgeous room with a small living room downstair and bedroom upstair. There are two sky windows which we get to see the sky clearly.

Nice breakfast served and near to Munchen railway station.

The Flemings hotel has been a delight for us to stay for our summer holiday. We have been travelling with our two young boys, age 7 & 9, and comfortably stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks. We chose the room with a duplex setting that gave us ample space to move around. The hotel is well equipped with style and all the necessities. The reception team was very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Abhay and Lisa who made us felt very welcomed, and took care of us throughout the stay. The breakfast every morning was also way beyond our expectation with a variety of fresh food and different styles of eggs to choose from the menu. The boys were looking forward to having breakfast every day. Onyi and her catering team has been very attentive and friendly, and made sure my boys had their hot chocolate served to kick start their day of adventures. All in all, it was a truly lovely and enjoyable stay. Thank you Flemings!

Hotel is clean. Location near to central train station, very convenient to travel.

Location near the central station is very convenient.

The location is particularly good, 3-5 minutes walk from the central railway station, next to the main road, not remote, about 15 minutes walk from the old town. I will stay here again next time.

The shower room has all transparent glass and is extremely small. No one has cleaned it for two days. Luggage storage is not allowed after leaving the hotel. To go to the electronic lockers behind the hotel, you have to climb over the wall to find the software and pay 2.90 per hour. So you must consider this inconvenience when booking a room.

The room is small, along the street, and there is noise and vibration when the light train passes by. The waiter is a refugee, the hygiene is poor, and the facilities are poor. The weirdest thing is that the shower room is completely transparent glass without any obstruction.

The hotel was right in front of the station, so it was very convenient. Also, since you can self-check in and check out, you can move around according to your schedule, which was great.

The hotel has complete facilities, including snacks and water. The most important thing is that there is a kettle to boil hot water. It is so friendly.

The location is very good, but it is a bit messy near the train station. The hotel itself is fine and the price/performance ratio is very high.
