The location was nice, but way too loud from street noise. Normally I am fine with outside noise, but people were screaming at each other as if someone had died. Eventually shutting all the windows fixed this issue. I am just glad the room was cool enough to do this. The refrigerator in the room was a nice feature, BUT is not keep anything cool, so we had to through out our food. Lastly the wi-fi was the worst ever. I asked the staff to reset the router twice, but I never able to have internet longer than 30 seconds before being kicked out. I literally tried over 30 times, but eventually gave up.

Super clean hotel but in room was cold. Staff is friendly. For 1-2 night is good place for staying

The Wi-Fi signal is not so good. The hotel closed the train station.

The lights in the room are broken, there is no heating, the hair dryer is broken, the bath water is not hot enough, it is impossible to take a bath in such cold weather, there is no Wi-Fi, the room is not as clean as it looks in the picture, and the sound insulation of the room is not good. I originally booked for three nights, but I only slept one night and checked out the next day. The extra money I spent should be used as a lesson!

It was walking distance from Marienplatz, so it was very comfortable! Amenities were minimal (shampoo, body soap, tea), so if you just want to sleep, you should be fine. (No drinking water or toothbrush) The shower was cold because the temperature was low😅

The hotel is very centrally located and easily accessible from the train station. (about 5 minutes) It was great that I could walk to everything from here. The city center can also be reached in a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For candidates who are sensitive to noise, I recommend a room on the upper floors, as this street is popular in the evenings and is a bit livelier. Some rooms are at the back and are then also quieter. I'd love to come back.
