It was nice hotel. Toilet is a little bit small . But it fits small to midsize people. But if you are obese people , then that might be uncomfortable to you. But it was great experience. Nice breakfast also😊

Very small, noisy and poor ventilated room with neither air conditioner nor a fan. At night until early morning, you keep hearing people talking on the street.

The phone in the room doesn't work, and no desk service after 11.30pm. Hotel rooms have no air-conditioning, and so we requested for portable fan but it doesn't work. Lift which belongs in the 19th century which goes up to the 6th level only and does not service the last level which we were given and thus we need to drag our heavy luggage to the room. Since there wasn't any air-conditioning in the rooms, we had to open the window and right through in the middle of the wee hours we were literally woken up by the noise from floors below. Overall, we had an unpleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is really convenient next to the station. The breakfast is quite filling and the dishes are quite rich. The room price is cheap, so other minor shortcomings, such as sound insulation issues and cleaning that is not reliable but still clean, are acceptable.

There is no air conditioning and it is very noisy near the highway. Luggage storage is charged at 1 euro per piece. Hygiene is average.

The hotel is in a very good location, the room is clean, the breakfast is rich, the price is the lowest, I will stay here next time

The girl who served us was very rude and not friendly at all when we arrived at the hotel, then I asked her to heat up a meal for me in the microwave and she told me there wasn't any, then I asked her for an iron and she told me that they didn't have it either, then the next day it was another guy at the reception and he lent me the iron.

The room is very small. A little old. Kettle for a deposit of 20€. Breakfast is good. The location is convenient, close to the metro and train station

Elevator is not available, seems to be out of order for a different reason. It was hell having to carry my baggage to my room on the 7th floor. The breakfast is delicious, but what about the employees? Auntie's attitude is terrifying. I regretted that if I was to be treated so rudely, I should have paid more and booked a normal hotel. Is the shower water close to cold? There are adult shops nearby. . . I will never use it again.

Everything was fine, the room was large, breakfast was very tasty and varied. This was my third time in this hotel. 😀😀😀😀

Staff are very nice, breakfast is also good But cleanliness was a bit 👎, there is missing shampoo from my room for 3 days, i.e. no one checked it,.

The hotel offers everything you need for a short stay in Munich. Breakfast buffet was decent and the reception area was clean. Employees were friendly, but not particularly accommodating. The single room was dusty in the corners, which may have been caused by a long period of non-occupancy, but overall everything was fine for one night.
