We really enjoyed the staff the most. On top of that they facility, location cleanliness were excellent.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Because the unscrupulous agent maliciously booked the wrong room, we wasted a lot of time. Fortunately, the front desk helped and the overseas customer service solved the problem, and we had a pleasant experience afterwards.

這是我在歐洲住過的性價比最低的酒店，270歐元一天的價格，卻沒有酒店大堂，一進門便是樓梯，需要攜帶沉重的行李爬十八級台階才能到達老舊的電梯。房間很小，睡眠體驗極差，被子小而短且不透氣，蓋住肩膀便蓋不住腳，蓋上被子很熱，不蓋被子卻很冷，加之枕頭像一個軟座墊，怎麼枕都不舒服。早餐極其單調，品質也很一般。入住時前台工作人員始終黑着臉，儘管我們表現得很禮貌，對方卻始終態度冷漠。總之，強烈不推薦這家酒店。
