The room is clean and new. However, although the staff members were friendly, the staff members seemed to be slow responding to our requests.

The hotel is very good, the price is right, and it is convenient for going out. I stayed with a group of friends for many days in a row. It is recommended to book in advance if necessary, and you will get a very good price and room type. The room is fully equipped with various facilities. Recommended.

The surrounding area is very empty. You must drive when traveling. The rooms are very new.

The location of the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the English Garden. There are many restaurants nearby, especially a very good French restaurant 200 meters away. I couldn't experience it because I didn't make a reservation in advance.

I mistook the wrong date, asked to change it after 1-2 hours, and failed to actually check in. Ctrip helped me coordinate for 3 days and still failed.

Decorated in a modern style, it is more practical than Kempinski Four Seasons Hotel. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The breakfast is good. The hotel restaurant is very good. You can choose the hotel for dinner. There is no porter, and other services are good

You will be smiling after staying at this hotel and will not soon forget the treatment and the excellent facilities. On the other hand, don't expect the same level elsewhere.

I stayed 3 nights for 1.100 euros. So it wasn't cheap but not super expensive either. The room was fine even while I can hardly recall it 2 month later. So not really outstanding. The SPA was great and the gym was good. Unfortunately the staff at the reception was not always the brightest and most polite. At check in and check out they were perfect and super friendly but in between sometimes a bit useless. For example how can you not know if and when there is service at the pool bar. And if you already don't know then give them a call instead of telling your guests to go there and check it. Just to find out there is no service this time of time. I booked the place because we attended a party right next door one evening and I wanted something close. For that it was good.

Decent location, but huge disappointment overall - hard to believe this is a “best of the best” TripAdvisor award winner. This hotel has air conditioning issues that are *well documented* in multiple reviews. I regret not conducting a deeper dive before booking. Management/staff did not/unable to assist and are completely useless.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were great, and it was a short ride by transit to where I wanted to go.

Andaz Hotel in Munich is just perfect. Hotel staff was always eager to help, SPA is in amazing condition with a great swimming pool and saunas. The breakfast was quite unique - definitely try out the waffles! The whole hotel is quite unique, once you are there, you don’t want to leave the hotel.
