The hotel exceeded expectations. Fruits and snacks were given as gifts when checking in. Soft drinks in the minibar were free. The front desk service was also very warm! The bathroom in the room had floor heating. The location was unbeatable. The old town hall at Marienplatz and St. Peter's Church were a few minutes' walk away. The area nearby was very suitable for shopping. Munich was the last stop of my European trip. The luxury shopping street was only a ten-minute walk from the hotel. I accidentally discovered that the traditional breakfast shop that was opened for decades and was very suitable for checking in was on the street next to the hotel. The Luckin Coffee that I wanted to drink after traveling around Europe was also a few minutes' walk away!

The location is the best. The rooms are large. The bed is comfortable, there are many pillows and they are soft, the blanket is light and pleasant. Bathrobes/slippers/coffee maker/sweet compliment upon arrival 👌🏻Drinking water in a glass bottle is replenished daily. The staff is attentive and very friendly. We went to the bar on the roof. A bit expensive 😬. The breakfast at the hotel is varied and impeccable. There is a tiny problem that the elevator does not always "listen") because to go up you need to put your room card. Excellent hotel. Price/quality

The location is really convenient. You can take S8 from the airport to City Hall Square and it's only a two-minute walk away. The room design is really homely. However, the shower water temperature was unstable and the water pressure was not good. After a few hours, they gave us another room to shower. An engineer came to repair it the next day. The service in the restaurant is very good, and I also met a young lady who immigrated to Munich from Shanghai. If there were no cold front desk service and water pressure problems, it would really be a good hotel
