The facility service and location were the best staff very helpful only room service were not available. Compliment bread were very delicious and coffee inside the room Thanks I will stay again

Knew it was small, but think small and subtract 10 square meters. Hong Kong small. Stupid small. Can’t fathom more than one person in this room as you can’t even get out of your own way. Coffee maker was cool. Ditto the pretzels in the morning but when they put the hardened and inedible day-olds out later it comes off more as an insult. 3pm check in is also something you’ll likely need to account for. Staff guy seemed personally offended that I showed up any earlier than I did, but the lady later on was friendly enough. Location is convenient to Marienplatz. All in all, not bad. But if I find myself traveling through Munich again I’ll no doubt be looking elsewhere.

The best of this hotel is the location very close to the old downtown. The room is ok for one or two nights if you don’t have a large luggage. Otherwise would be more comfortable to stay in a bigger hotel room.

Hotel is located very central, close to the main train station and the metro is straight outside. Reception were very helpful and the bed was comfy, Good value, enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Location is convenient, but don’t expect too much services from the hotel at all. The room that we had, we needs to bend or lower our body to walk around within the room

It was really nice hotel. I used that hotel alone. Its location is near the marian plaza and it was really clean. It included morning bread and coffee.

The hotel is conveniently located, with the subway station in front of the door and the famous Marienplatz across the street. Many attractions are within a ten-minute walk. Inside the subway station is an underground shopping mall with good quality restaurants and many choices. The room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom equipment and bedding were of good quality. We were very satisfied with our stay.
