I booked 2 nights for a quick visit to Munich and I chose this hotel because the price-reviews balance was favourable. It is a no frills, simply decorated 3 star hotel offering basic service but is clean and comfortable enough. It is near the station in a multi-ethnic street full of small foreigners' shops and supermarkets but, despite this, I didn't perceive any danger. However, be cautious. The reception is open 24 hours a day, which is good, and you can leave your luggage for him in the hall before leaving. The rooms are large, clean and with double glazing (mine was quiet), they have a large bathroom with bathtub, without window or bidet (many hotels are like this). In the bathroom you will find a liquid soap dispenser for the shower and one for the sink, plus 2 toothbrush cups and all the necessary towels. In the room there is a fresh minibar with some drinks. In my case I found 2 single beds with spring mattresses, nonetheless reasonably comfortable, a free safe, an HD television, a large surface for working with a PC, a good number of electrical sockets (even on the bedside tables) and plenty of space for storing clothes. The free wi-fi isn't ultra-fast (it reaches about 5 - 6 megabits), but it's fine for using whatsapp and the pc without consuming your gigabytes. Breakfast is served in a nice and bright little restaurant and is a buffet with coffee and milk, some types of cold cuts, different types of bread including multigrain, donut, nutella, honey, cereals and something else that is part of the continental menu: everything good and fresh. The entire staff is polite and professional, they also speak English. Finally, there are the dispensers with the anti-covid disinfectant. It must be said that due to the post pandemic, the war and the related increases in raw materials, the entire hotel and restaurant sector has had to significantly raise prices. In mid-July, peak period, I paid about 90 euros per night, including breakfast. Always compare the rate on different platforms and especially on the hotel's official website. My room had a small balcony overlooking a quiet internal courtyard. However, this balcony is shared with the adjacent room and the conditions for a lack of privacy could be created. Keeping the curtain closed, and maybe even the window, will give you peace of mind.
