Good location but you get what you pay. Bed mattress very poor and soft. Breakfast buffet but very simple.
Nice staff and good WiFi. Unfortunately not minibar in the room. However I would come back

The hotel is very close to the Central Station, but there are not many restaurants/shops nearby. The hotel is very old and has no air conditioning, but it is reasonably clean.
The room is very small, there is no refrigerator, and you can't buy a bottle of beer to drink later.
We stayed during the Oktoberfest, and it only takes ten minutes to walk there. It is very convenient to go to other famous attractions such as Marienplatz and the New/Old City Hall and take tram/subway for ten minutes.
If it weren't for the sharp increase in room prices during the Oktoberfest, I would rather choose a newer and larger hotel nearby than this one.

It was very close to the central station, and the Lufthansa Express bus from Munich International Airport stopped right in front of the hotel, so the location was great. Since it was the first flight in the morning, I arrived at the hotel around 10am and thought it would be too early to check in, so I tried to just leave my luggage there, but they let me check in right away! The front desk staff were friendly and kind.
The bed was spacious, but there was a lot of hair on the bathroom wall, and the edge of the bathroom floor was shallow, so even a little bit of the shower would get the outside of the shower curtain wet, and when I got out the floor was soaking wet.
