The room was very clean and there were kitchen utensils to use and it was quiet to sleep at night

Very satisfy with this room. Location is good, easy to go anywhere. Nearby have a mall to shop. Near the Olympic Park & BMW museum.

lack of information counter, no service

Bad aspects: 1. The hotel has no staff, and you have to check in online in advance. The hotel check-in email went to junk mail, and I was not notified in advance. After arriving at the hotel, I encountered two small bugs when checking in. I could only contact Ctrip's online customer service, which delayed me for half an hour. It was not very convenient. 2. The rooms near the road are very noisy, and high-powered cars whiz by on the road from time to time. Good aspects: 1. The hotel is relatively new and has basic facilities except air conditioning. 2. It takes 7/8 minutes to walk to the subway station and 15 minutes to the subway in the city center. 3. The best thing is that there is a huge department store on the subway station, and there are all kinds of stores next to it.

If you are a business guest, I would not recommend you to stay in this room. Because it is all done online, check in, check out, laundry, etc., I don’t know if this is considered a service. If you travel in a relaxed style, enjoy cooking and washing clothes by yourself, going out on the streets if you like, and hiding in the hotel if you don't like it, then this place is suitable. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway station and a lot of shopping malls. It's also worth mentioning that the only problem here is the lack of air conditioning.

This is the worst service hotel I have ever stayed in in my 20 years of business travel. There is no service from anyone. Most of the people on the Internet are Indians. It took several PIN codes to open the door, but the ticket cannot be issued. It was promised online but it was not done. What a mess. It’s embarrassing for Ctrip. I don’t know what Ctrip thinks.

The room is large and the transportation is relatively convenient. Walking a few hundred meters south is the subway station and shopping mall. The only inconvenience is that there is no air conditioning in the room. It may be hot during summer travel.

The surrounding restaurants are average, and the check-in is fully automatic (the manual service is online instead of offline, which is not particularly convenient). However, in Europe, the service is not comparable to that in China.
