Too small room,dirty out side of street

The room was cleaned for two nights, but towels were not replaced. I was disappointed because I had never experienced such a thing before. Also, the beer bar was on the first floor and the front desk was hard to find, so I wish they had said something beforehand. The room was compact, but there were plenty of mirrors and it was easy to use.

I wanted to pay at the store, but I couldn't pay at the store, so I later made up the difference due to the exchange rate loss.

Overall, this hotel is just okay. The room is small, but the environment is very clean. The service attitude is average, not good. I hope it can be improved to better service. Convenient location, 10-15 minutes walk from the old town of Munich. There are insulation facilities in winter, but be careful in summer. The hotel does not have air conditioning, so it is very hot, and the fan is also weak. I hope the hotel can provide fans with stronger wind in the future. For a 3-star hotel, this hotel performs OK. The location and clean environment are advantages, and the disadvantage is that the room is very hot in summer.

You can go to the Central Station in 5 minutes, so the transportation is very convenient. The rooms are very clean. The toilet and bathroom are separated from each other in the two rooms on the left. The biggest problem in the room is that the wash basin can be seen directly from the bed. All the activities in the bathroom  So it’s better for couples to go there
