I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Makram Rezgani, were exceptional in making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. When I checked out in a hurry and left two items in my room, Makram Rezgani went above and beyond to assist me. Despite my items not being found initially, he personally took my details and assured me he would keep me updated. To my surprise, Makram had located my items and even went the extra mile to mail them to me promptly as I had already left for the airport. His outstanding customer service truly stood out, and I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality.

The room is very satisfactory, the size is right, the water pressure is very comfortable, and the service is very good. I was going to stay in Munich for 7 days and 6 nights. I didn't know how the hotel was, so I only booked 4 nights. After two nights, we decided to stay here for two more nights and directly stayed here Although it's several hundred more expensive, I think it's a good deal.

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. We loved the room. Ours came with a little kitchen area. We felt like we were staying in a modern episode of “tiny house”. The lobby area is large and inviting. We were meet by a friendly and accommodating staff who meet all our our needs. Wonderful stay!

I chose the hotel based on its location, the hotel located just 20 minutes by foot from the bus station and old town. It’s a budget hotel so you shouldn’t expect much, however everything was nice for it’s price: friendly staff, a clean room, nice breakfast. There was only one bottle of water for two people and no toiletries (only all-in-one gel) so make sure to bring your own. It was a big noise at day and in the evening, but at night nothing bothered me. Overall I would say that it’s pretty nice hotel for a short trip.

Just opposite the train station, the transportation is very convenient, but the people around are a bit cluttered. It is very convenient to walk to the central square and there are many places to eat around.

We were only there for one night so the location opposite the train station was perfect. It was only a short walk to the downtown core (perhaps 1 km) so that was also convenient. The rooms are small but adequate. We were there on a hot day/night so the lack of air conditioning was noticeable. The included breakfast was nothing fancy, but it was pretty good.

We had a wonderful experience. The location of the room was excellent, situated directly opposite the Central train station. Additionally, it was conveniently close to a DM store and another road where we could easily access the REWe supermarket. The cleanliness of the room was impressive. Furthermore, the soundproofing was excellent, providing a peaceful environment for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and excellent soundproofing. It made for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

When we turned up at the hotel at no fault of the hotel the holiday company we used did not change the dates of our hotel (from 26-29th to 27-30th) in line with our flights. This was quickly sorted by signing a form to confirm that this was the case. Then on our last night I was in the room by myself when a man that had just checked in had let himself into the room, he soon realised and walked straight back out. Shortly after I had a receptionist named Mustafa I have been told barge into the room demanding that I pack and leave right away as I should not be there. He threatened to ring the police if I did not leave right away. He did not want to listen to a word I said when I tried to explain to him the situation that I thought could have been the mix up, I rang my boyfriend to come straight up to the room. The tone and manner of this staff member was completely unacceptable. As soon as my boyfriend arrived his manner changed completely and became very polite. My partner went down to reception to try and sort things out to which he got shown the form we filled in on arrival with it forged, the date had been crossed out and edited which I’m assuming is to try and cover up the fact they were in the wrong. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I have travelled before. Definitely did not feel safe by myself as a woman. So disappointed after such a lovely holiday this completely changed the tone and ruined it 😢

It is amazing! It was held the event in Messe, however price was very economical and reception arranged upgrades room for me because I am a diamond member of Trip.com!!! I should come back to the hotel very near future. Breakfast is also incredible!! I have to say thank you for the staff of the hotel’s.

The hotel is very close to the Munich Exhibition Center, not 15 minutes to reach, the surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet. There is a supermarket in five minutes walk, which is quite convenient.
