Best Hotels near Neuperlach Süd, Munich

I stayed here at Revo for 6 months. Here's what you should know. Pros: 1. Great place to start for someone who moved to Munich and is in search of a permanent place to live. 2. Grocery markets, u-bahn station very close by. 3. Amazing staff at the Bar. You must meet Alberto, an amazing bartender, and great host. Alessio at reception is the only good thing about the hotel reception. 4. Italian restaurant in the building, serves decent Italian food. 5. Nice work area available. 5. Rooms are of decent size, fitted with a kitchen and all necessary appliances. ( Worth the money I paid ( 50 Euro a day ), but the prices have gone up now, not sure if it's worth it now ) 6. Good spot near reception to sit and watch football on a big size screen. Cons: 1. Staff at reception is rude, self-centered, and unhelpful with any query you raise. Too loud at times, won't be easy to work in the work area. (On one occasion, one reception person, entered my room, without knocking ) 2. Don't expect anyone to help with anything. 3. In Germany, everything is sent to you via post, don't expect reception staff to receive it if there's one tiny mistake on the part of the sender or yourself. 4. Many of my posts were undelivered as reception refused to accept them as the sender forgot to correctly put my room number. Maybe it is a rule or something, decent thing to do would be to check the name and maybe call the guest. 5. Lousy internet in the room. 6. Except for a couple of news channels, all channels played will be in German. 7. There is a proper schedule set up for cleaning services, but it's up to the cleaning staff. Several times, they just marked my room cleaned on paper or just mentioned that I didn't allow them to enter when in actuality I would be in my office or not in the room. Overall, I would say, a nice place to stay with all amenities, if they could only improve how the people working at Revo, behave with guests staying at Revo. But again, there are people like Alberto, Alessio, and other staff in the restaurant, who are just amazing at what they do, good to talk to, and helpful.

Unfortunately, this car was so extremely dirty at all three levels of deposition that you had to undergo something everywhere. - The bathroom had only 2 hooks to be. We (I, wife and 3 children) arrived almost midnight from 14/8, with the reception closed. Panic, but called the receptionable has made us have the keys by digiting a code on a numerical keyboard. The hotel is located in a very clean, strategic location, 300 metres from the line metro station U5 Neuperlach Süd. The hotel has a covered garage for guests. Booked at the Mercure Hotel for a trade fair visit. 2 nights in a double room with free breakfast for just under 150 euros was a very good price! We arrived from Austria on Friday around noon. There were parking spaces just around the corner. The lady at reception and her trainee tried very hard, but despite the booking confirmation including the correct number, it took a good 10 minutes before we got our room cards. Top (3rd) floor, second to last room. No problem, we want to do 6000 steps a day! On the ground floor there is a bistro machine, cosmetics, souvenirs, information displays, etc. There are 2 elevators - only 1 runs. No idea why. The question becomes relevant when you wait 10 minutes to go to the 3rd floor. It was very cold in the hallway. That's the case everywhere at the moment and is probably due to the idea of ​​saving energy, but it is very unpleasant. Nice room, with a cupboard including coat hooks (not every hotel has one anymore!), safe (now rare), a shower with glass partition, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, cosmetic tissues, soap, shower gel and shampoo dispensers. The bathroom was so small that you couldn't open the door when you were sitting on the toilet, but do you want to?? Desk, TV chair, flat screen TV, window that opens, a comfortable bed (not very wide) with good bedding. Kettle with coffee and tea utensils. Everything clean, but not completely clean. Dust bunnies behind the chair on the lamp base (seen by chance because I had dropped something). Very quiet, unless the other guests are trampling down the hallway shouting loudly. We left again in the evening and didn't get back until after midnight, but still found a parking space easily. Slept very well! Breakfast: Very nice area, tables neatly laid out, coffee machine for different types, different types of tea, juices, water, cold long-life milk, large glasses and cups available!, rolls, wholemeal rolls, croissants, sweet pastries, raisin bread, pretzels; jams, honey and Nutella; butter and cream cheese; cereals, sausage, cheese, white sausages, sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, 7 min. eggs, pancakes, vegetables, yoghurts, fruit, fruit salad. My husband drinks cocoa for breakfast. It is always a problem in hotels to just get warm milk. The milk from the machine doesn't taste good. When we asked if we could get warm milk, we were told that the machine was broken - the stove? He then drank cold milk, but was not happy. Salt and pepper mills on the tables, as well as sugar and sweetener. Empty bottles were disposed of very promptly. Unfortunately there is nothing for the rubbish on the tables. On Saturday it was really OK. The quality is so-so. The sliced ​​cheese tasted chemical. The ham was cut about 3mm thick. Personally, I don't need salami for breakfast. The water tasted treated, but we come from the foot of the Schneeberg in Austria and the water here tastes fresh and natural - we are spoiled! The Nutella was full of little white balls. I've had that in a glass before, it's probably secreted fat. It tasted totally OK, but it has no place on a buffet. You can use it for Nutella pancakes, or for the staff. The fruit selection was very nice, apples, bananas, sliced ​​kiwis and passion fruit, orange slices, canned mandarins, fruit salad with apples and melons. On Sunday, it was different: You could have broken slices with the pretzel rolls. Some of the pancakes were ”crispy”, but the bacon was sloppy. The scrambled eggs were brought later, but were totally slimy. Unfortunately, there were no pretzels with the white sausages. Everything can run out, but in times like these, when you can have everything frozen, that's not necessary. What can children and my husband drink? Unfortunately, not warm cocoa made with milk! It's a shame - that and the loss of quality on Sunday.

The hotel belongs to a chain hotel, which is found in many cities in Germany. It seems that there are 2 in Munich. This is quite partial and it is 10 minutes away from the nearest train/subway station. There is a small bar on the G floor, which is quite lively. The most surprising thing is the room, super large, it should be twice the size of the ordinary hotel room, but the heating is not too strong.

Wow. The Service was simply amazing. We travelled with a little child. The staff arranged a nice crib for our baby, the foldable type but with its own clean cushion, bedsheets and towels. The hotel’s design is simple, our room was super clean, it smelled nice and it had a nice warm temperature. We are super happy to have stayed here and congratulate the management and employees for their customer centered service.

Amazing service and amenities. There are even activities for residents to join for free, eg Yoga class. The lobby is well decorated with a coffee shop/bar, and working space. There is also a rooftop bar. Best part of this place is there is a washing + drying machine in room, with free detergents given to us. 100% recommend.

We stayed here 2 nights, from June 12 to 14 .This hotel is perfectly located just steps from Munich Central Station, with an overall modern look and concept. All 4 of us(two adults, two teenagers) checked in after 11pm; the front desk looked tired, but so were we. There are two elevators leading to the rooms and both are fit enough for more than 4 people. We had two rooms right next to each other: Room 445(two twin beds), and Room 447(one double bed). Both rooms were spacious and clean, and beds were comfortable. WI-FI connection was great. Bathroom was huge given European standards, water temperature was perfect for both hot and cold fans. AC temperature was perfect. We had a peaceful sleep and the morning after we went downstairs for a magnificent breakfast: water, coffee, tea, juices, hot chocolate, pancakes, scrambled eggs, croissants, assorted cheese, assorted bread, fruits, are only about a third part of the breakfast items. Pretty close to dining places(walking distance) but somewhat far from historical places, check-out was a breeze, would stay here again

The hotel was cozing and had good accomodations. Although not too modern, the room was equipped with everything we needed and had great acoustics. Parking in the surroundings was not very easy depending on the moment of the day. Breakfast was nice, with variety of food and typically German food included. The staff was nice but not very welcoming. The neighborhood was not very near to the city center, but that worked out really good for us, since we got to experience the local life.

Another Aweseome stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Munich. Loved just everything here. Have been here before. Stayed with the family for three nights before our vacation flight to explore the city. Staff is wonderfull, especially with kids. Everyone was so welcoming. Room was nice and tidy, spacious and equipped with everything you needed. We could even prepare small dishes for our Baby Boy. We will definitely be back soon.
