I regularly visit Munich and loved when this hotel opened. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are brand new and spotless. The entire facility is spotless. The breakfast includes breads, coffee station, some fruit, yoghurt and muesli. There are multiple grocers building stores in the same complex and these will open in December 2019. The Ferris wheel is a close walk and the neighborhood is booming with construction. My employer, R&S, is a two minute walk.

The hotel is newly renovated, but the decoration smell is very strong. When I woke up in the morning, the formaldehyde smell made me uncomfortable. When staying in the hotel for more than three nights, the room will only be cleaned once, and only towels will be changed every day. The hotel service is unsatisfactory. For a newly opened hotel, it is not normal for this to happen, and no hotel dares to say that its beds can be made so that no guests have ever reported allergies. Finally, after thinking for a long time, the solution was to change the bed sheets for me😅😅😅😅If a customer has allergies in your hotel, just asking for a change of bed sheets is already basic. Even though I asked, I didn't ask for a room change or upgrade. That's it, I still made things difficult in every possible way. At 8:30 in the morning, frying bacon in the hotel kitchen activated the fire alarm. It was so cold that everyone stood outside the hotel and felt the cold wind for more than ten minutes without even having time to put on their clothes. During the whole process, no management staff came out to apologize or compensate. There was only one front desk staff standing there to apologize. . It's okay that I didn't encounter any problems when I stayed in this hotel. But when I did, it was really unpleasant and affected my travel mood. Please be cautious when checking in.
