I'll evaluate this hotel using five-star standards. First, when we arrived, other guests' cars were blocking the driveway, preventing me from unloading my luggage at the entrance. At 2:30 PM, there were no greeters, and we spent ages searching for parking before dragging our luggage to the lobby. When we checked out, even though there were people at the entrance, no one helped my wife with her luggage. When I got out to retrieve our luggage, I exchanged a glance with a staff member, but he ignored me. The only service I received was coffee and juice from the breakfast restaurant staff. Second, if you're choosing this hotel for skiing convenience, think carefully. Skis cannot be taken back to the room, and the lobby on the -2 floor is not free for hotel guests; you need to rent lockers. Although it's close to the ski lift, it's not ski-in/ski-out; there's a staircase of about two floors. Since I rented skis, I could change equipment at the ski shop, so I didn't inquire about locker prices. Third, I've never seen five-star hotel rooms with completely white walls before. My room, 304, was located outside an unfinished building and connected to the next room by a door, meaning there was practically no soundproofing. I could clearly hear the neighbor using a hairdryer. Furthermore, I don't know the construction of their room walls; I noticed that if a door in one of the rooms slammed shut, my bed would shake. Fourth, the cleanliness was just so-so; the details were lacking. The coffee machine's water tank, as shown in the photo, was covered in limescale. In summary, my original intention was to choose a hotel that was convenient for skiing, and where my wife could also relax comfortably even if she didn't ski, but I was dissatisfied with everything.
