The experience at Scenic Resort Munnar is truly remarkable. The level of customer service provided is exceptional. Mr. Palani, a member of the staff at Scenic, is particularly helpful and attentive. Better place to stay in munnar . Room service is really remarkable. Really enjoyed 🥰🥰

Our six-day stay at Scenic Hotel, Munnar, was nothing short of amazing. The hospitality was exceptional, making us feel right at home. Special thanks to Vidya for surprises and Palani for nature walks and Onam celebrations , attentiveness and warmth truly enhanced our experience. Their teams were equally impressive, always ready to assist with a smile. The stunning views and comfortable accommodations added to our enjoyment. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Munnar! Thank you Vidya, Pradeep, Palani, Jitto, Mohit, Ajay, Romain and all those whose name we may not remember now but their services were unforgettable.

Wow... Amazing experience and truly remarkable. Bed decoration and a birthday cake was a big surprise for my birthday. Room was calm & quite , pool was neat & clean , hygienic & spacious rooms and the garden & flowers were overwhelming. Service from every staffs were over & above the expectation. Could feel the Tajness every where .. Special shout out to GM Mr.Rikhe, Vinod, Smirti, Vidhya , Jitu .

We had a lovely time in Scenic during our vacation..amazing property with extra ordinary service .. Each and every staff were super friendly and did their maximum to make our short stay truly memorable. The staff from porch, buggy drivers, housekeeping lady, gardeners , housekeeping executive, service team and front office team was excellent.. Service from each staffs were outstanding... I need to thank Mr Rikhe ( GM) ,Vinod, Smithi, Vidhya,Jitto,Lison, Adhyasha,Praveen,Adithyan & chef (sorry I couldn't recollect the name).

Lovely and pleasant stay at The Scenic . Excellent selection of pastries during breakfast . The spa services were brilliant . Courteous and punctual staff and attended to all our needs without any delay . Amazing views all around especially at the Treesky.

Smurthi at front desk, Vipin the chef and Lison at the restraunt were all outstanding. All staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Good clean and pleaseant experience. Very good place to stay. Lot of scenic place to visit. Wonderfull experience.

Fabulous Offbeat Location, Excellent Food, warm and hospitable staff, friendly, helpful and courteous people, Spacious comfortable and well appointed and fitted rooms, with magical mountain views. Chef Vipin, Executive Chef Vijayaraghavan, Manager Palani, resaturant stewards, especially Smrithi were stand out people who made our stay very special.

We had a remarkable time. Smrithi at reception, the chef Vipin , and lison at the restaurant exemplified the Taj experience . Overall all staff members were unbelievably attentive and were to assist with anything we might need. The resort ambiance represents best in class in our world travels

This new hotel (only open a few months) has lovely rooms and excellent brand new facilities. It is in an excellent location and provides a great place to stay if exploring the local area. The highlight was the food quality and service, Praveen and the team were superb and the chef produced some fantastic food. I have not given the hotel 5 stars based on the approach the hotel took in booking a large corporate event whilst we were there. If you want a relaxing stay then ensure this does not happen as it ruined one of our two days/nights with very loud music until 11pm which could be heard in the room and which started in the afternoon stopping my wife and I using the pool. Having travelled a lot on both business and pleasure I appreciate the need to balance revenue streams however the hotel can't offer 'serenity' then book a 90 people business event which impacted on the whole hotel. They were incredibly nice about it but it was a disappointment. saying that I would stay again, but would certainly check if thy were going to have a function.
