We stayed here for two nights and it was unsatisfactory. Rooms, bed sheets and blankets were not clean. Wifi didn’t work for a pretty long time. It’s old building. Breakfast was not tasty and provided only two varieties but we have been charged 4300 per two nights. Hot water available for only specific timings

The property location is very good as it is near the bus stand and in the city centre through which we can access all the different directions for roaming around in munnar. The food is quite plea-sent for the price range that you are booking. The room was comfortable.

Manager was not approachable for any queries, he was quite rude. No proper room service and facility.

Points to improve on - 1) service was slow, sometimes they did not pick my service call. I reminded for fixing the tv 3-4 times, but they ignored. 2) both days breakfast had puri which is full of oil
3) room was small in size, i had to remind them for 3rd mattress. Good points -
1) they were able to speak hindi
2) coffee was good
3) behaviours were good. Adding more good points- 4) workers there helped us in keeping our luggages in the auto
5) they helped us with their suggestions on going to aleepey, however those were not helpful. Adding points to improve - 4) road to the hotel is very poor, too many digs there and some of the autos were charging more to go there because they don't want to go on that road. 5) road to the hotel has no lights

Not sure why rating is too much!
let me share my experience!
1-checking time was 12pm, i arrived at 10:15am, even though room was empty he said i need to pay 300 extra, which i opposed then he agreed. 2-after checkin, he provided room in basement-3 level) where there was no wifi, no mobile signal, and room felt damp. I booked from mm t which says standard basement room(it could be -1-2 or any level. 3- i asked him room with at-least cell connectivity, he said we have to upgrade room and 1000 rs charge per day extra. I negotiate it down to 500(no other option. Then he gave us room on -2 basement, where still wifi was pathetic but cell network was coming. 4-no bathroom toiletries, neither hot water. 5-i saw multiple guests complaining. Summary: in short pathetic experience, manager prabhu dont know how to interact with customer/guests. Not sure for what he has too much of ego.
