La posizione dell'hotel è davvero bella, sempre che tu abbia un autista. Le camere sono belle ma, come in altri hotel in Tamil Nadu, mancano di manutenzione e cura. La piscina, al piano -9, è carina ma le sdraio sono poche (6 se non ricordo male), comunque un bagno bello e rilassanti fin che eravamo da soli... Il buffet niente di che pero li di fianco c'è il ristorante del "Blackberry Hills" molto buono, consiglio.

property is at highest peak of Munnar. so you will get a feeling of staying inside the cloud in the afternoon and above the cloud in the morning.

So the rooms and property is as good as shown in the pictures but the service was very slow, which i guess was mostly due to full house of the season , the rooms and balconies are beautifully kept but the building needs more maintenance. The food was average in taste but options were enough. We also payed for a tea plantation tour which was very informative and the plantation was right behind the hotel! The guide was sweet and knowledgeable. Overall a good experience but still too pricey for the stay

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. The view from the balcony of the room is so beautiful. Its a wonderful experience and services provided were also good. Arpita at the reception helped in smooth checkin snd also showed great skills of hospitality. Highly recommended for munnar stay.

Location is excellent with a breathtaking view of the valley with the very well maintained garden area.staffs are very courteous.food n other services is also good.may be they can improve on kids playing area

The BEST by far part of staying at this place was the friendliness, attentiveness and excellent service provision of the staff. Justin, the general manager, is running a customer focussed operation I wish I could thank each member of the hotel's team one by one

We made a nature walk with the guide Manimaran. A veru good guide, familiar with birds, trees and general nature. Highly recomended! The hotel is clean, goid service, comfortable room, nice view, good breakfast and good dinner, exelent location
