Goede keuze in Münster
Prima keuze nabij het centrum van Münster. Had een eenvoudige éénpersoonskamer geboekt, maar kreeg een tweepersoons bed. Ruime kamer, rustig gelegen, op loopafstand van het centrum en de hippe Hafen

Achtung Betrug!
Grundsätzlich ein schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel. Leider wurde uns der angepriesene kostenlose Fahrradverleih im Nachhinein in Rechnung gestellt. Es wird explizit mit dem Verleih geworben, sodass wir uns unter anderem für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Beim Ausleihen der Räder wurde nicht auf die Kosten hingewiesen! Das Hotel reagiert nicht auf unsere Kontaktanfragen. Wirklich sehr ärgerlich, da die Unterkunft ansonsten empfehlenswert wäre. So können wir aber nur dringend abraten.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es okay !
Wir haben im letzten Jahr hier schonmal übernachtet u.a. auch im Hotel gefrühstückt, das Standard ist, als Veganer hat man kein so große Auswahl. Nun haben wir uns wieder für dieses Hotel Europa entschieden. Allerdings fiel mir diesmal einige Dinge auf, die verbessert werden könnte/sollte? E.g. die Glastür im Bad ist durchsichtig, da hat man keine Privatsphäre, sitzt man auf die Toilette, wird dieses Bild im Raum wiederspiegelt. Das Regal direkt am Spiegel ist m.E. "unnützt", der Spiegel verliert in seiner Gesamtheit auch seinen Nutzen, man kann sich nicht voll im Spiegel betrachten. Das Licht ist sehr grell. Was auch wirklich fehlt im Zimmer ist die Möglichkeit Wasser zu kochen für einen Tee Abends inkl. Becher, das denke ich ist nicht zuviel verlangt für ein 4-Sterne Hotel.

Abflussgeruch aus dem Badezimmer im ganzen Zimmer.
Vor dem Fenster eine Leuchtreklame und keine ausreichende Abducklung durch die Vorhänge.

Praktisch jedoch mit einigen Mängeln
Das Hotel Europa ist ein Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, das pragmatisch jedoch ohne viel Komfort ausgestattet ist. Die Betten sind sauber, groß und gemütlich. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer so dass die Kinder getrennt schlafen konnten, was sehr praktisch war, der Preis dafür war OK. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt jedoch gibt es einige Mängel, die uns gestört haben. In der Dusche gab es am vielen Stellen Schwarzschimmel, der dringend beseitigt werden sollte! Sowas muss heute in keinem Bad mehr sein! Außerdem waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, so dass man andere Gäste draußen vor dem Hotel oder in anderen Zimmern viel zu gut hören konnte.
