Wir haben im letzten Jahr hier schonmal übernachtet u.a. auch im Hotel gefrühstückt, das Standard ist, als Veganer hat man kein so große Auswahl. Nun haben wir uns wieder für dieses Hotel Europa entschieden. Allerdings fiel mir diesmal einige Dinge auf, die verbessert werden könnte/sollte? E.g. die Glastür im Bad ist durchsichtig, da hat man keine Privatsphäre, sitzt man auf die Toilette, wird dieses Bild im Raum wiederspiegelt. Das Regal direkt am Spiegel ist m.E. "unnützt", der Spiegel verliert in seiner Gesamtheit auch seinen Nutzen, man kann sich nicht voll im Spiegel betrachten. Das Licht ist sehr grell. Was auch wirklich fehlt im Zimmer ist die Möglichkeit Wasser zu kochen für einen Tee Abends inkl. Becher, das denke ich ist nicht zuviel verlangt für ein 4-Sterne Hotel.

Abflussgeruch aus dem Badezimmer im ganzen Zimmer.
Vor dem Fenster eine Leuchtreklame und keine ausreichende Abducklung durch die Vorhänge.

Leider bekamen wir ein Zimmer das den von ******* beschriebenen Bildern absolut nicht übereinstimmt. Das Zimmer war klein mit erheblichen Gebrauchsspuren, geschweige denn vom Bett was 140 x 200 war und ein abgescheuertes Lederbett war mit abgenutzten Matratzen. Leider entsprach dies absolut nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Der Check-Inn ging sehr schnell und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und waren sehr sauber - prima.
Obwohl es viele Parkplätze gibt, war die Parksituation - vielleicht nur am Tag unserer Ankunft - problematisch, was auch für die Parkmöglichkeiten im Umfeld des Hotels gilt.

Ich war beruflich in im Europa Hotel für 10 Tage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat jeden Tag geschmeckt und war schön hergerichtet. Die Zimmer sauber und gut. Das Bad war zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen empfand ich aber nicht als negativ, da es ebenfalls sehr sauber war.

I was very disappointed about the hotel. When I was reading the ratings before staying there I was looking forward to stay there. After arriving I noticed a really offensive smell coming from drain in our bathroom. It smelled like a cesspool. We contacted the recepionist immediately and he assured us the housekeeping would come and taking care of it. What should I say, they were not able to cut off the horrible smell. We got in touch with the recepionist again and he offered to change the room for one night but had to return to room in the second night. I was travelling with an ill person and two room changes within two days meant to much stress above all the annoyance was still there. So we deciced to leave after a one night stay. The staff told us they would talk to the manager and in their opinion they shouldn't charge the second night to us and should reduce the rate for the first one. Two weeks after leaving Münster they emailed us, they won't lower the bill. I was appalled. In my opinion they won't care about the satisfaction of their guest. In summary I must say I would never ever stay there again above all the furniture and the room we had were old-fashioned and in bad condition in my opinion. Furthermore there were less parking space.
