Alles klopt aan dit hotel. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De moderne inrichting. De centrale ligging. De kamers zijn voorzien van alle gemakken met innovatieve details. Het ontbijtbuffet is rijkelijk voorzien van lokale lekkernijen. Wellicht een wat duurdere keus maar dat zeker waard.

Ich hätte gerne die Möglichkeit eines Room Services oder offenen Restaurants gehabt. Die Beschreibung des Hotels was hier anders. Auch fehlte ein Bügeleisen und die Dusche war sehr klein.

Normalerweise verfasse ich keine Bewertungen, aber unter diesen Umständen fühle ich mich dazu veranlasst. Wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer für zwei Nächte reserviert und mussten aufgrund unglücklicher Umstände die erste Nacht absagen, was mir telefonisch zugesichert wurde. Man rief mich sogar zurück, um die Stornierung zu bestätigen. Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir jedoch darüber informiert, dass 90% des Preises berechnet werden. Das Auftreten der Dame am Empfang war weit entfernt von professionell. Ihre Aussagen wie "alles spricht für mich" und die an den Tag gelegte Ignoranz waren absolut unangemessen. Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits mehrfach genutzt, obwohl es schon immer überteuert war, doch nach diesem Vorfall werden wir und mein gesamtes Unternehmen dieses Hotel zukünftig meiden.

Sehr zu empfehlendes Premiumhotel der alten Schule. Stilvoll modern eingerichtet, bestens Schallisolierung und hyperbequeme Betten. Freundliches, kompetentes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Münsteraner Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Zuvorkommender Service und ein exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr schöner und zentraler Lage an der „Promenade“ in Münster und ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Gave some great suggestions for restaurants. The city was wonderful and our stay made it even better. Hotel leads right out into the promenade. Fantastic place to stay.
