NH Collection Murano Villa Reviews

We had an amazing time staying in NH Collection Murano Villa. From the helpful staff to the fancy and comfy room, everything was great. We booked a superior double room which had all the bits and bobs you need for a vacation. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The waiter recommended all the best dishes we should try and we loved all of them. Bit pricey but worth it. Definitely recommend if you're visiting Venice and planning to stay in Murano.

Unique hotel located in Murano, but also because of this, location wise is not as good as if it is located in the main island of Venice. That said, if you wish to stay in Murano, will highly recommend this place! (Stayed in their Junior Suite with Lagoon View)

This hotel is quite unusual architecture, we loved all the different spaces. When you go into the reception area, look up beautiful Murano glass circles light up the area. Just a short walk from the vaporetto stop. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the beds are super comfortable. Very quiet. There’s a cool bar/ terrace overlooking the Laguna -we enjoyed cocktails there a couple of evenings. The drinks are pricey though. Would highly recommend staying on murano for a few nights, go visit in Burano and other islands nearby, what a magical treat. We had stayed on Venice island for a few days, so it was nice to get away from the crowds. The hotel arranged a wooden boat water taxi to the airport, which was the highlight of my fabulous stay in Venice.

This hotel is just fantastic ! Located in Murano very closed to Venise but also far of all crowded days. Perfect if you look for a new hotel with great service.

I came here because of the reviews. It is a very comfortable and quiet hotel. The environment is very beautiful and very suitable for vacation. The rooms are spacious and bright, neat and clean. The staff are professional and friendly, and the breakfast selection is sufficient. Note that the hotel is located a little far from the main attractions, and it takes half an hour or more by boat (water bus). Overall, the accommodation experience was very satisfactory.

Beautiful, modern, luxurious hotel a few boat stops from the city, although Murano is a piece of Venice in itself. Spacious comfortable rooms, well-kept breakfast (the variety of Italian coffees sometimes makes it a bit uncomfortable). Too bad the sauna is only open in the morning and afternoon, while after a day in Venice a sauna session can be pleasant.

There was no hot water bath on the first day, the WI-FI in the room was not working, the key card was not right, and the management was a bit confusing.

The hotel is very new and nicely renovated, located on the island of glass, suitable for longer holidays. The breakfast was great.

Absolutely amazing location on Murano. Shower was spectacular. Lots of Murano glass sculptures around the property. Terrace overlooking the water was beautiful and a great place to have a happy hour drink before dinner in Venice. Waterbus to the property was easy and the staff was very responsive and helpful. I definitely want to come back. Only issue was checkin and checkout took a bit longer than expected.

BEAUTIFUL! We had the room with the canal view. Wonderful breakfast. Clean and modern room. Welcoming staff. Quiet mornings around Murano then a quick and easy vaporetto ride to Venice for fun. Would visit again and again! There’s a great bar area with a view of the harbor.

The hotel is a former glass factory and maintains the charm of tradition and modernity in a wonderful location in Murano. The views at sunrise are incredible and the food is fabulous. The staff are charming and very attentive, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.
