Bewertung zum Hotel: Das Brauhaus liegt sehr gut fußläufig in Murau von der Innenstadt oder dem Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe sehr passend. Das Hotel macht ansich einen guten Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, aber auch kein Highlight. Ich hatte das "Pech" in einem Zimmer zur Straße zu nächtigen, ansich kein Problem in einer kleinen Stadt wie Murau. Aber, gegenüber ist ein Cafe Haus situiert, das am Samstag bis um 00:00 offen hat. Und so war bis um 00:45 keine Chance Schlaf zu finden. Die Öffnungszeiten dem Hotel anzurechnen wäre falsch, aber eine Abstimmung mit dem Betreiber des Cafe wäre bei einem 4* Hotel schon entsprechend. Das Bett ansich war für mich viel zu weich, entweder so gewollt oder die Matratze hatte schon die besten Jahre hinter sich. Zur Verteidigung des Hotels wurde mir ein Zimmerwechsel zum ruhigen (über dem Biergarten des Hotels) Innenhof in Aussicht gestellt. Da ich aber nur eine Nacht nächtigte keine Option war. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen, mit gutem Bier von der hauseigenen Brauerei.

The rooms are spacious with basic design The food at the buffet restaurant is very average and the service as well. We have been used to much better food in Austria. If you arrive 30 mn after the opening of the buffet most of the time there is no more if the main dishes then you shall find someone from the kitchen to ask them the refill the plates.
