This is a roadside motel that’s been refurbished. Check in was through a screen, so virtual, in the lobby. The attendant was knowledgeable, just surprising as I’d never experienced this type of checkin before: The room was clean and beds comfortable. The biggest drawback was the town services which were limited. I’m glad I’d packed a cooler because there really are few restaurants

It says the office is open until 11, but when we got there at 10 had to use a kiosk to check in. The door to the room was very hard to open, took multiple attempts. The room was very large and comfortable but kind of had a bad smell.

Had to move to a different room because the first room smelled so bad. Smelled like mildew and other rooms didn't smell very good either. For a motel that was built in the 1960's, $200 a night was way too much!!! Had to use a kiosk to check in. I saw one employee while we were there and he did everything!! He was very kind, but he got breakfast ready, handled complaints, and basically did everything. They. need more employees and overall better service.

When reading the reviews check for the 2024 reviews, it sounds like they made some awful changes. The picture of the front of the "hotel" is a false front, see my pictures for the real thing. Upon arriving I was stunned to see a run down MOTEL. When I went to check in I was greeted by a kiosk, behind me. There was absolutely not one person in the lobby area to greet me nor check me in, it was all by some person remotely somewhere. If this is a Best Western thing they plan to do in all of their hotels I will find another chain where there are people. So actually I would rate my experience a ZERO. The whole stay I never saw one person until I hollered for one at breakfast. I couldn't ask the kiosk to make coffee because it was turned off! The room was dingy and dark, I guess the robot maid didn't clean well. Breakfast was a tiny room with 5 tables crammed in. When the coffee was completely out there was not one person around to request more. Finally I walked into the back area and hollered. By this time there were 5 of us waiting for the coffee to be brewed. Stay ANYWHERE but here!

Tried to call on our way as we knew we would arrive late. No one answering phones there! When we arrived check in was a video process which was very different. Rooms had a musty odor that triggered allergies. Rooms were clean but dated. Breakfast nothing special. The guy working the kitchen for breakfast worked hard the whole time we were there.

There weren't many options for us to pick from so we settled here based on the reviews. It was sufficient for our needs for a family of 5. It had 3 queens beds. Everything was clean and in working order. The breakfast was not great but it would do if you didn't have any other options. There was no staff on site. The check in process was with a video call to the attendant.

We got locked out of our room! Our keys stopped working. We had to spend the night sleeping in our car because the office was closed and no one would answer the doorbell or our calls. We called Best Western corporate and they also could not contact the manager. We had to find a place we felt was safe to sleep in the car while our luggage was locked in the room. Very insecure situation. We didn't feel safe. Next morning the manager blamed us!! He said we mishandled our keys! We travel a lot and have never had problems with room keys. This is an unsafe situation, especially if traveling alone.

Old style motel looked deserted when we arrived to check-in. We were greeted by a kiosk that checked us in remotely and issued key cards. No one was on site to service guests until the following morning’s continental breakfast. Felt unwelcoming and a bit spooky. Our room was old style but updated and clean. We had a comfortable night’s stay and were pleased when other guests also arrived on the property. Breakfast was very basic and dining space is very small. Breakfast attendants were helpful and pleasant. It was OK for a stop over but I don’t know that I’ll return.
