Smoking only available, smell was so strong. Finishes old, gross , drape’s wrinkled. Sheets seemed used. Lampshade broken. Parking lot sketchy.

The rooms were clean. TV service didn't work Pool was green Outside area needs pressure washing Breakfast was ok (eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt)

We traveled 11 hours with our 5 young children to stay the night on our way back home. Once we had our children settled in bed for the night my husband went to use the restroom where we found a bed bug in the bathtub. I have a picture for proof as well. We packed our (crying) kids up and hit the road to drive through the night instead.

Hotel was moderately clean bathroom small and smelled of mold or something ? Will not stay at a Best Western again.

Overnight stay so didn’t have much experience with the facility or area. Best part of the breakfast was the make your own waffle and coffee!
