Upon arrival it turned out that the air conditioning in our room only worked very slightly and partially. In addition, the small safe was not attached to a shelf or wall, so a thief could easily take the safe with its contents. We were given another room. There the safe was properly attached. But the air conditioning here also works only slowly, weakly, poorly, very inadequately. The hotel is fully booked so the receptionist had no alternative solution. It is now - after the air conditioning has been running for hours - 29 degrees Celsius in the room! This is not at all comfortable! The receptionist will have a technician look at the air conditioning tomorrow when we leave the house, but we have little hope. Very disappointing! When we wanted to go to sleep the second day, it turned out that the lighting in the room could NOT be switched off completely due to a leakage current or some kind of short circuit. The lights kept glowing, so the room was certainly not dark. At sunrise the curtains (which are in themselves opaque) did not fit properly on the wall, which made the room completely light. Disappointing! After the horrible 1d night - because the air conditioning did not perform well at all (the temperature was 29 degrees when we went to sleep!! and when we got up it was still 26 degrees!!!) - we discussed the problems with the reception again. They were fully booked so they could not give us a better room at that time. We went to explore Mallorca. When we returned it turned out that the chambermaid - despite our explicit agreement with the reception that they would ensure that the weak air conditioning would remain on all day - had turned off the air conditioning! As a result, it was 29 degrees when we returned to our room at the end of the afternoon. We clearly but politely indicated how angry we were about this. This should have been prevented! The reception apologized, but that did not actually help us. We also slept terribly the second night, because the room was again 29 degrees when we started sleeping, and the temperature had only dropped to 26 degrees when we woke up due to the completely inadequate air conditioning. This is horror! If all goes well, we will get a better room with better air conditioning in the main building today, but that cannot make up for the two ruined nights in any way. Incidentally, the lamp had not been repaired either, so the main light in the room was also on the second night, albeit very softly but enough to illuminate the room completely undesirably. Our previously reported complaints about the failing air conditioning and unbearable temperature at night have been resolved: on the third day the hotel has moved us to a suite, where the air conditioning works better. The more luxurious room is reasonable compensation for the first two ruined nights. Unfortunately, it also turns out that the air conditioning does NOT have an outlet with cool air in the separate bedroom, but only in the living room. That is
