Wonderful hotel in Alcudia. Great staff, always friendly and with a smile, very nice and well-equipped rooms, spectacular breakfast and pool area.

Just come back from a 10 night stay at the Garden Holiday Village and must say it was the most relaxing peaceful holiday we have ever had. The facilities are brilliant and the room was more than adequate for our needs. The hotel staff were always extremely helpful and patient, the quality of the food in the restaurant for the breakfast was excellent and also of a night time for the cost. The person who runs all the activities and entertainment was out of this world especially if you just wanted to relax and not take part but he certainly earns his money and is brilliant at his job. The location is also very good and I know there are a few reviews that mention about being bitten and I would highly recommend getting some sort of defence spray but in fairness to the hotel, this seemed to be an issue wherever you go on the island. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel

Hotel con mucho encanto y muy tranquilo, situada en pleno parque Natural de la Albufera. El Personal es estupendo y servicial, la comida tanto del buffet como la de la carta es buenísima , mucha variedad para elegir. Las instalaciones bien, un jardín y una piscina preciosa, no faltan hamacas no tienes que discutir con nadie para poder tomar el sol tranquilamente. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas. En fin volveremos a repetir.

Booked this via EasyJet holidays. Just wanted a few days away with a friend in the sun but adults only as work in a school and wanted a child free holiday. Never been to this part of the island but was not going for sightseeing just rest and relaxing. This hotel suited what we wanted exactly. Check in was very easy and was very pleased with our room. Was upgraded to a suite and was very nice with a large balcony with sunbeds and also chairs and table. The pool was very nice and large with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Kuba was managed the entertainment was outstanding, loads going on daily tried the cocktail making class there was also water games and darts, table tennis etc daily and at night bingo, quiz and outside bands. Breakfast was substantial although they could do with more staff clearing and cleaning the tables had to do it ourselves on more than one occasion. Really liked the hotel but not so keen on the resort area, missed having a promenade to walk along as the road by the beach was very busy. I would recommend the hotel if you just want a hotel based holiday.

A lovely hotel, relaxing and friendly. The staff are all fantastic and go above and beyond to help you. The breakfast was great, a vast selection to choose from and the staff were so efficient. It’s a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach, I asked about the beach shuttle bus which is mentioned in the Jet2 brochure but the rep said there was a mini-train that you had to pick up from another hotel up the road but she didn’t know times. A bit misleading. We got taxis in the evening to Alcudia and Can Picafort for about €14, both well worth a visit. Only grievance we had at the hotel were the mosquitoes - they were rife especially in the evenings- so make sure you pack every type of repellent you can! Apart from that, I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.

Utrolig dejlig oase med hyggelige lejligheder, flotte Rene fællesarealer - gode muligheder for hyggelige arrangementer, lækker morgenbuffet og OK aften buffet.
Ok afstand til den flotteste strand og restauranter. Dejlig med mulighed for at kunne leje cykler, parkere bil og købe snacks måltider og drinks i cafe.
