Premessa: viaggiamo con i bambini, per cui non sempre si viene accolti con gentilezza e cortesia (quasi "comprensione", verrebbe da dire). In questo caso, invece, tutto è amplificato: perché i proprietari sono persone speciali, il luogo è magico, la colazione di un livello da "stella Michelin" (condivido la recensione precedente alla mia: per la varietà, ma soprattutto per la qualità del cibo). Camere di classe e con tutti i confort, magia e charme in ogni dettaglio (anche nelle aree comuni, se tali si possono considerare), prezzi in linea con il luogo. Insomma, davvero l'eccellenza dell'ospitalità!

The Palace is amazing. The inner court yard is very well maintained and Pitula, the dog was extremely friendly! The breakfast was every day different and the cakes were to die for! Don t miss the dinner! We had an amazing tasting menu. The host was wonderful, he helped us with all sorts of tours we could do, always with a smile and very welcoming! We will for sure return soon. It was a wonderful stay and we had an amazing time.

All the certificates of excellence present are few to have an idea of the experience. The building is stupendous and cared for down to the smallest detail, it feels like being at home due to the discretion, silence and scent that exist within its walls. Enrico and Annamaria are people of a refinement and availability that are increasingly difficult to find today; Annamaria, a chef of the highest level, prepares breakfasts (savoury and sweet and different every day) that make you feel all the flavors of Salento and make you feel the pampering of a starred restaurant every morning to leave with a smile. Enrico is available, attentive and a perfectionist and is always ready to fulfill any request and recommend places, restaurants, beaches... everything. We also tried to eat with them one evening and it was a relaxing experience of the highest culinary level. I feel like recommending it to anyone who wants to have a top-level stay... words still don't convey the experience enough, I would go back tomorrow.

We stayed at Palazzo Muro in August 2023, it is a beautiful building with beautiful, very spacious rooms. Our hosts were extremely kind!! They took great care of us throughout the stay. Breakfast was different every day, both sweet and savory. Everything was homemade, prepared by Anna Maria, even the rusks and the multitude of jams!! Everything was delicious!! Amazing accommodation with incredible hosts. This was surely of the our highlight of our trip in Puglia. We loved our stay in Palazzo Muro Leccese. Every detail was perfect, the decoration of the whole palace, the room, the shared spaces… everything was perfect. The room was large, tastefully decorated, incredibly clean, great bed linen and had all the amenities needed. The breakfast was out of this world, everything was home made (foccaccia bread, cakes, marmalade,…) with love and products sourced locally. They really make you feel at home. Enrico gave us really good tips of things to do around the area. We stayed three days and were sad to leave when we had to. We would really recommend this to anyone visiting the south of Puglia. It is also well located to visit the east, west and south coast. Hopefully we will come back one day!

Stayed for 6 days in the month of July and it was a unique experience.. The atmosphere you breathe is imbued with the charm of Enrico and Annamaria.. It has only one flaw... after this stay at the Palazzo, all the other breakfasts will be insignificant. . See you soon..,

Annamaria e Enrico riescono sempre a stupire per la professionalità,la cura,l'attenzione e la dedizione con la quale accolgono gli ospiti. Già da subito ci si sente a casa, coccolati dalla discreta attenzione di Anna Maria ed Enrico. L'atmosfera magica che si respira ovunque, dalla corte al giardino delle spezie con le tre maestose giacarande, alle stanze, curate in ogni piccolo dettaglio, alle coccole dei profumi della spa, contribuisce al benessere di chi vi soggiorna, al ritrovamento di un proprio nuovo equilibrio con sé stessi. Cosa dire del cibo? Sapori antichi ritrovati, reinventati, reinterpretati, arricchiti, impreziositi da nuove presentazioni nel rispetto della genuinità e della tradizione da Anna Maria, superba e instancabile interprete di piatti che stimolano sempre in modo nuovo la vista e il palato. E poi Enrico, l altra metà di questo duo, impareggiabile lavoratore, attento a che ogni dettaglio sia curato.
