It was very cold so it as great to stay at the ******. Our request to be on a high floor was granted and I enjoyed our view. Overall everything was very good. The machines could have let me win a little more!

The Front desk clerks were rude and unfriendly. There was a cockroach in our room on one of the beds. When we told the front desk about it they cleared us out of the room with a whole hazmat team and switched to a new room. We were not even offered a refund.
There wasn’t even a microwave in the room.
The arcade staff are also rude and do not have enough staff to run the operation efficiently. The beds are rock hard and the pillows are stiff as a board. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We always like staying here but this time was different. Our room was on the front of the building and with the building expansion we heard all the construction noise was bad at night. At 3:30 am, cement trucks were beeping nonstop as they backed in to unload cement. We couldn’t sleep well because of the noise. Despite this, everything else about the hotel was good.

Friendly staff, nestled in the mounts with great views, parking lot shuttles, sparkling clean room, large modern bathroom, all types of gaming including sports book. Downside: still a "blue laws" state so they don't serve alcohol on Sunday, but nearby Walmart does. Lumpy mattress. Limited dining options onsite. Limited dining nearby.
