Restaurant service was bad, Breakfast was not good. I have been visiting this place since 2012 and first time in last 12 years i was bit disappointed. Front desk staff was also not very helpful and probably based on their response(not sure) they didn't like the feedback I shared on paper there. Stray dogs is another concern this time. Dogs licked the plate placed outside, and same plate given to customers, of course after cleaning but it's very unhygienic.

Big and comfortable rooms, Good Room service good variety of food and value for money ample parking resort has big area and it's clean. Although there is no sea view from the room but resort is right after the beach enjoyed with the family thanks

The stay was excellent. The staff were polite and food was great with many options. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious ***** with a veranda with each room where one can just sit outside for morning breakfast and for dinner too. The property is a beach touch property. This part of the beach has not much rush so it's more of a private to yourself. One can enjoy watersports, horse riding, atv bike and also play cricket there. It's my second time here and I enjoyed at this property a lot.

One of the best beach facing resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. Great beach facing location near to Mumbai, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever We had a wonderful stay at Golden Swan Beach Resort. The environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax

Great location. Serene and calm. Spacious rooms. All meals had adequate varierty. Very courteous staff at reception and at the restaurant. However, room service has scope for improvement in terms of timely delivery of orders. Overall a must-go !

Superb. Beach resort in true sense staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is very nice. I suppose the swans and beach are plus points.

Stay was good overall but rooms are very small and old those were not giving resort vibe it’s like cheap hotel room. Beach was very clean and safe for kids they enjoyed a lot. Food was ok 😊 Road to reach resort is also ok ok resort is like very inside from outer road . They have not provided slipper or dental kit

The location is excellent bang on the beach. Cottages were clean and comfortable. The staff were warm and approachable with quick responses. My last visit was in 2007 and now in 2024, both my vists were equally wonderful. I found the visiting crowd at the resort is also good food was acceptable and can be better
