Amazing service, great food, and lovely big rooms and beds with little touches like hot water bottle and ginger tea on arrival! Very close to the national park entrance as well! Highly highly recommend ! They even gave us all our equipment and clothing to rent! Would love to come again !

A very welcoming place, very close to the start of the gorilla trekking. Staff extremely helpfull, the food is good but not always very warm, and served on ice cold plates, which doesn’t help. Rooms are spacious and clean, however the beds are very very hard. Housekeeping could be improved , dirty cups and plates were not removed from the room and waterbottle was not refilled.

Highly recommended. Great service and excellent staff. Catered to all my needs and were really nice. I would certainly stay here again. The location is also very handy as it’s close to the gorilla sites which saves time on the transit to and from.

This is a beautiful lodge with great attention to detail and customer service. While it may not be luxurious, it definitely has character and everything that a boutique hotel should have. Great location very close to Volcanoes. Rooms are spacious and food is good. They pay attention to every detail: welcome tea and cookies, complimentary foot massage on arrival and after the hikes (great job Infenerol), boot cleaning, they lend gaitors, provide a small snack and plenty of water for the hikes and even allow late check out if available. We hired a 1 hour full body massage for 60 USD and it was great (thanks Consolé). Staff is great: Faustin brought us dinner to our room because we were too jet lagged to wake up for the buffet, Daniel, Ehislane and Egide were great at the front desk. We like to travel and stay at nice hotels, but we were not willing to pay 8,000 USD for the One and Only. We did not want to stay at a cheap guest house either, so this was a perfect find in between.

Top notch staff with 5 star class. It was a wonderful experience from the accomodations to the food and general atmosphere. The location is centrally located to the Diane Fossey Museum and Volcanos National park Headquarters. Would recommend to anyone.

The lodge was a perfect place to spend a few days to go see the Gorillas. 5 stars for the service and the hospitality, and the food was excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and are all passionate about creating a great experience for the trip.

our family of four stayed two nights at ingagi park view lodge and the entire experience was amazing. we were particularly blown away by the attentiveness and enthusiasm of the staff - shoutout especially to daniel at the front desk. some family members experienced stomach problems during the stay and the kitchen staff prepared special meals and tea for us and always made sure to check in on the situation. we also went on a walk around the neighborhood/village and were accompanied by a lovely staff member who taught us about the local history and culture. beyond these things, details such as the hot water bottles at night and the post-trek shoe cleaning really made our stay at ingagi incredible. would highly recommend this to anyone visiting VNP!

Ingagi park view lodge in Kinigi, Rwanda, is the place to stay in while visiting Volcanoes national park. The beautiful grounds, the main house, the cabins, the gardens, all give you a very relaxing experience. The staff is waiting for you upon arrival, and is there to cater for all your needs. The rooms are amazing, the food is outstanding and we even got foot massage after returning from our trek. Highly recommended!!!

I stayed here with my spouse in June and I cannot recommend Ingagi lodge enough. I actually also used them to plan my entire stay in Rwanda! Daniel who is in charge of booking and front desk put together a beautiful trip for us and everywhere we stayed and our guide was wonderful. They are associated with Umubano tours and the owner also assisted with planning. The rooms at the lodge are exceptional and so comfortable. The nightly fire is amazing. The food is exceptional and very detailed. The staff are next level. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff. Friendly , helpful, and just wonderful. I really do though have to say if you have the pleasure of working with Daniel you are in for a treat! He is patient, detailed and very responsive . He made the experience very easy with no stress.
