Lot of noise from the adjacent rooms till 4 am in the working and staff was not taking actions. There are no guidlines.

We stayed in the hotel in the month of jun e 2024. The “no view” rooms are terrible, with no provision of fresh air. None of the rooms have air conditioners which was making our stay difficult in the scorching heat. He had to constantly ask for tooth brush/ tooth paste, water bottle, soap, toilet paper etc. Meaning the hotel management didn’t bother to keep the room “ready” for guests. Below average property, not worth 6k at all.

Hotel is in very good location. View is very nice. Room service is very fast & house keeping is good. Staff at reception & restaurant are good looking & with smile they respond. 1st time i saw this type restaurants with 100% occupancy. It's 110% occupancy. Food is also very tasty with north indian food. In my next visit to mussoorie i will stay here only.

Great staying at Shivalik hills Mussoorie Food was very very yummy 😋 and room are need and clean view are osmin hotel outside and staff was very very helpful we all are in joy staying and most important parking facilities available in the hotel.

Very nice property with clean room with great amenities. 1.Room service is very nice 2.Restaurant service very good as food selection is good in terms of breakfast and dinner. And specifically Narendra and arvind are very nice in terms of quick service. 3.Ample amount parking space. 4.good location in terms of view and peace it is very near to Wynberg Allen School. 5. Mall road is nearly 1 Km from the hotel, if anyone is going then please take right from the point where shiv ji big Murti there, you can find right hand side hotel. 6. And most important part is hotel manager very kind hearted and helful by nature, he is very knowledgeable person. He treat very well to all the tourist in this hotel. Definitely next if I go to mussoorie then i will stay in this hotel although i have to walk to mall road but it is very nice. Please remember taxi price in mussoorie is fixed as per there union, so no point of doing a bargaining with them.

Substandard hotrl as per ratings, housekeeping staff was very much reluctant to work. Had to ask for each and everything like water botyle, room freshner extra bed, electric kettele, tea bags and cups, kitchen staff were ok, good was good but kitchen too had bad odour

The hotel infrastructure is quite old. Hotel has very limited staff. Food is expensive. Washroom are small in size. Would not like to visit again. Not recommended.
