Hotel basera is a good stay option for people looking for an amazing view of dehradun and hills. The food was great and the servicing was decent as well. The best part about this hotel was the spacious bathrooms and cleanliness.

This hotel is at a good location and is having its own parking. Also the distance from mall road is walking distance. Food is very nice. They cooked according to your choice. Safety and hygiene levels are also maintained. I prefer to stay in this hotel. As this is also economically friendly.

I am travel-ling with my husband. Hotel basera is worst experience in my life and also service. No manners in staff even owner also. Lots of attitude, egos-tic aggressive person. I am telling him am post bad review he said that go head. Even no manner to talk with ladies. No wifi, no hygiene water and lots of problems faces. This hotel just like a hell in my life
