It very good hotel but in their room n bathroom some locks are broken nd some are not working i hate this thing only otherwise the hotel is very good nd their staff are also very nice nd polite with me nd my family we like them very much ❤️

Worst Place to visit with/without family. The only good thing about the place was Polite staff and just okay food quality. However, really slow turtoise service. Rooms were terrible, dirty, smelling like Shi*TT, shouting loudly to go out and leave the place. Dirty curtains, beds, furnitures, fungus full mirrors, broken ceiling and what not. We had to stay there because Mussorie was full and no other hotel to go. We went there with our parents, paid heafty price for that filthy room, just because of delayed booking and non-availability of hotels during End week of December 2021. We have taken photogrpahs of of the rooms and other things attached herewith , and hence not exhaggerating. So please, save yourself or confirm everything before booking or going there.
