Not value for money. No facilities. It is a luxury 5 star hotel, so cleanliness and room was as expected in a 5-star hotel. Location is little away from Gerome and other places. Not easy to commute if you don't have your own vehicle. No buffet breakfast. Turkish breakfast for all days, no variety. One weird thing we noticed first time in a 5-star, On top of the booking amount, they took 1000 lira as security deposit. They returned it on check-out, but this is ridiculous for a 5-star hotel. When I told the same to the person on reception, he commented like what type of hotels you have stayed so far. Did not like the attitude of the staff. 5 star hotel staff should not behavior like this. Will definitely not recommend it to anybody.

This is really the best hotel in Cappadocia! The hotel is even more beautiful than shown on the pictures and (all!) employees are friendly and goodwill. Further, we loved the concept as every detail of the hotel is well thought off and the standard of hygiene is a 10/10. The breakfast very varied and delicious as all served was organic (self made and harvested) and all our wishes were always fulfilled with a smile on the face! We would like to thank the whole AJWA team (especially Nur Hanim, Musa and Onur bey, Orhan and Mehmet Chef) an unforgettable time and will definitely come again!

The service in the hotel is super good. There are gifts when you check out. The staff are also very responsible. Although we are not celebrating a holiday, the restaurant also carefully prepared surprises for us. The food quality is not bad for Turkey! Super recommendation

1000000 points! The staff is super nice!! We arrived at the hotel at 1am, and there were staff waiting for us with hot tea and desserts. The day shift staff were also very friendly! After checking out, they also gave us souvenirs. The two small ceramic plates were super beautiful and I loved them!! Because the driver came to pick us up in the morning, we were too rushed to have breakfast, and they prepared small cakes for us to take with us. On the second and third days, we stayed at the Museum Hotel. In comparison, the appearance here is not very cave-like, but the staff is more humane and the facilities are newer. I will definitely come back when the weather is warmer!

The environment is very good, the hotel is large and the service is very good. It feels wild and luxurious, but now is the off-season and there are only a few guests in the hotel, but the environment is very good and the price is affordable. It is a local brand hotel in Turkey and has Turkish characteristics. The dried fruits sent are very delicious, the juice at the front desk is delicious, and all the food is additive-free. Including the hotel's breakfast, it is very good.

在這裏定了兩天，性價比實在太差了。設計ok，但絕對不值得一晚 1800英鎊，房間兩人住非常擁擠。房型不統一，拿房要看運氣，我們房間比我朋友定的相同房間小一倍。 對於5星級標準早餐品種很少，我女友早上吃壞了肚子，****。但客觀來説，不確定是否是酒店早餐造成的，因為其早餐對我沒有事。肚子比較虛的夥伴得注意點。 水療中心spa具有誤導性。我們換完服，去時被告知spa和泳池是按性別和時段分開的，女生上午，男生下午，導致我和女朋友不能一起去。很可惜，我們索性就回房間不去了。而我們前一天在土耳其的酒店spa和泳池是正常的，不知為何他們搞特別。 位置不理想，距離市中心熱氣球，和大部分飯店的村Göreme有30分鐘車程。我建議最好在市中心預訂酒店，可以更加方便去熱氣球和吃飯。這家實在不值得，我們最後連第二天都不想住了直接走去別的地方。
