Unser Zimmer war renoviert (wenn auch etwas klein); hier auch das Bad neu und tip-top. Das Essen abends war gut bis sehr gut; das Frühstücksbuffet allerdings sehr übersichtlich und eines 4 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig(Auswahl mässig, kein frischer O-Saft, keine regionalen Produkte, etc.). Der Parkplatz war sehr geräumig(und kostenlos), und im Garten war es schön zu sitzen (sowohl abends als auch morgens) mit Blick auf die Berge über Innsbruck. Die italienische Bedienung (leider weiss ich den Namen nicht) sehr, sehr nett und äusserst aufmerksam(grosses Lob!). Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber, wie gesagt, im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Sterne Hotels doch eher am unteren Ende anzusiedeln (z.B. kein Willkommensgruss im Zimmer (kein Wasser, Schoki, oder irgendetwas anderes)). Die Lage ist gut (sowohl zur Bahn in die Berge als auch per Bahn nach Innsbruck).

A very quiet place and the staff are very friendly! Easy access - the nearby train Station is only a few minute away - into the city centre not having to worry about parking in the city! Beautiful views over the mountains. Minus: No wi-fi for internet in the rooms - and they charge for every little extra "service" like € 5 to heat a package of pop corn in the microwave.......

Ho dato una valutazione scarsa perché ritengo inaccettabile che un hotel 4 stelle offra camere doppie di circa 9 m2 senza armadio e senza cassetti. Bagno buono ma senza finestra e con porta trasparente a un metro dal letto. Ho prenotato una doppia telefonicamente per due notti al prezzo di 360 euro e non sono stata avvertita che la camera sarebbe stata di dimensioni ridotte. Colazione molto buona

Fijn hotel met een fijn restaurant. Goede menukaart met fijne prijzen. Ideaal was ook de Innsbruck kaart om het openbaar vervoer te gebruiken. En niet te vergeten de heerlijke sauna en het zwembad. Ideale locatie om Innsbruck te bezoeken en te wandelen in de bergen.

Très agréable séjour de deux nuits à l'hôtel SONNHOFF, très belle chambre confortable et bien équipée (lit, salle de bain,coffre- fort,balcon avec table et chaises). Le personnel très accueillant et serviable , le petit déjeuner excellent et varié .Nous avons mangé un soir au restaurant c'était également très bon.
Moment de détente à la piscine après une journée de marche pour visiter INNSBRUCK le top.Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement.

Wir haben im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Ich habe ein anderes Gericht erhalten als bestellt - das Menü mit Zander anstelle dem Menü mit Saibling. Auf Nachfrage hat der Kellner darauf bestanden, es sei das Bestellte - was offensichtlich nicht stimmte! Das Essen war sehr fettig. Immerhin ging nach entsprechender Rückmeldung ein Getränk aufs Haus. Die Bedienung war im Grossen und Ganzen ansonsten freundlich.

Hotel biensituado en un bonito pueblo cerca de Innsbruck, habitaciones quizas un poco justas, pero todo muy limpio, baño correcto. Servicio amable y atento, los desayunos y la cena muy buenos y completos,. Puedes ir a Innsbruck en tranvia ( gratuito) en unos veinte minutos, la estacion del tramvia esta a unos tres o quatro minutos a pie del hotel

The hotel is located in a village, just 10 minutes walk to the train station. The area is very calm and relaxing. Room is good, but breakfast was very bad! No variety at all!! The staff working there are really nice ..

Problème du manque de volets. Et les doubles rideaux étaient fins, cela fait que nous sommes réveillés de bonne heure avec la clarté qui entre dans la chambre dés 6h00. Sinon la piscine et le sauna étaient très bien. Personnel très aimables et parlant un peu le Français.
