An out of town carpark where the only parking is €15 a night. The food was the blandest/lowest quality I’ve eaten anywhere. The air con didn’t work and made noises but no one cared. The room door loose from its frame having previously been broken into. Thanks for an awful time.

I have never written a review before. But I feel compelled after our stay. I usually have a ‘take with a pinch of salt’ attitude to reviews, so I wasn’t put off enough not book here originally. But I really don’t want others to waste their money - or at least not be aware of before you go. Loveholidays doesn’t inform you of a few things; 1. Check in is from 4pm. They will not give you your room, or a band to stat using all inclusive. We arrived at 2:45pm, so not a long wait for us, but if you have an earlier flight this may annoy you. Wasn’t the best of starts. 2. Thought we’d pass the time with a game of pool - pool table ate our money - back to reception - they was aware but not put any signs up. 3, you have to pick early or morning slots for dinner and breakfast - 8:15-9:15 or 9:15-10:15 am/pm. Though it wasn’t really monitored what time you got there. They seat you at your table - a queue more often than not. And no self serve drinks. Took a little while to come. First night we had dinner. Had some chicken skewers from the ‘live cooking’ station. See pictures for raw chicken. I told a member of staff who just said sorry and took it away. Still seeing all the chicken on the station and the cook not being told anything. I waited a while a then got another to check. Still raw. Got another member of staff as I could see kids eating them. Again. Nothing was done. I didn’t have any other issue with raw food. But didn’t eat from the fresh grilling bit again. Just check first. 4. Towels - charged €10 euro deposit and then €2 euro a day. 5. A positive - lounger situation is good. Still free beds around 10am. Not many people putting towels on very early. 6. Not really told what’s available on AI. menus not on the bars. And when asked for a menu, it’s a menu With costs. Nothing to indicate what’s in AI. Communication a little tricky when asking - completely my fault that I don’t know much Spanish - but couldn’t get the answers I was looking for. 7. They only have the ‘cocktail of the day’ on AI - okay. Not pre-made which is a bonus. But it’s only some juice and spirit - basic. We found a little work around - they have non-alcoholic mojitos in AI - made well with fresh mint and limes. We got these and asked for a glass of straight rum and made our own. 8. Around 10minute walk there is a few bars and a local shop - very small. Doesn’t have any towels / flip flops or pool stuff - only toiletries and food. 9. Couldn’t stay in the hotel so we took the shuttle to the beach. Was told we need to give 24/48 hours notice to organise bus. They managed to get it for the next day. It only goes from the hotel at 11am and picks up at 5pm. €10 each. Not a bad service and got a bag with water in. Nice touch. 10.Breakfast and snacks the same every day. Can be cold depending on the time. But some variety with lunch and dinner. 11. We were 2 adults going with no kids. Kids mini disco and adult entertainment both poor. Music not organised and

This hotel is nothing like advertised!! There is absolutely nothing for my youngest children as they said there would be activities, kids club, play area and disco of a night time for them but there was absolutely nothing! You can’t get any type of room service after 11pm not even a kettle let alone tea or coffee in your room! You have to pay to use the facilities such as gym and spa which they do not state in their website whatsoever. The children’s play area was derelict and so was the outside bar broken tiles everywhere tripping and cutting Hazard!!!! Staff are not helpful whatsoever and hardly speak a word of English no Wi-Fi and no English Channels on the tv and if that doesn’t put you off you have to pay for your parking as well and I’ll tell you now it is far from cheap Me and my family felt so trapped that in the end we had to find a alternative accommodation Don’t go here waste of your money and time !!!

Please do not be guided by previous reviews , the people leaving the negative reviews must have stayed at a different hotel , the food was good, the rooms very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. For previous reviewers to actually complain that the people in Spain do not speak English ! Really

I was looking for a hotel to enjoy a short all-inclusive break at with my husband and two teenagers. This hotel ticked all the boxes but I was wary due to the negative reviews - in fact I nearly cancelled due to the reviews I had read. I needn’t have worried as we had such a lovely, relaxing time at the hotel. We stayed in executive double rooms which were large, comfortable and well equipped. The main areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated. We were aware of the location but that didn’t bother us as I had researched that before arriving although some guests were quite vocal in their complaints to the staff about this which I felt was unfair. The animation team is quite small although they did well to engage with the guests and provide an entertainment programme. The evening entertainment is very late which was fine for us but maybe not ideal for those with little ones. The all-inclusive option worked well for us and breakfast and lunch were particularly good - dinner was variable. The snack room was great with hot and cold food available at times when the restaurant was closed. The drinks were good and it was handy having a pool side bar. The all-inclusive option includes the cocktail of the day so this was the only limitation we found but there were plenty of other alcoholic options included. The hotel was quite strict with giving us the all-inclusive bands which I hadn’t experienced in other hotels - as check-in was 4pm, they wouldn’t give us our bands until 4pm even though we arrived earlier than this. Also, the all-inclusive ends at midday on the last day - it would have been nice to be able to have lunch as this would have represented two full days of all-inclusive. The pool was large and beautiful - we always managed to get sun beds together which was great. On the whole, we had a great few days and I am very glad that I stuck with the hotel. The all-inclusive option worked very well for and definitely represented good value for money. Many thanks for a lovely family break

Hotel outdated, swimming pool tiles cracked, cockroaches on lobby bar and restaurant, staff extremely rude, food same everyday, location- 19€ for taxi to closest town, animation doesn't involve, soilage smell out side lobby bar pool side. Will never come back or never recommend. Stay away

Me and my 15 year old son stayed here for 4 nights bed and breakfast which was really nice ! I am 32 weeks pregnant so didn’t go for are usual lively hotel wanted something more relaxed this was defo relaxed, people say it’s out of the way and yes theres nothing much around only a shop and a cafe up the top of the hill around 10 min walk. But you can get a taxi to el Campello for the beach resturants if you like? Which was a short journey and around 20 euro all the staff was great apart from one lady at breakfast she was rude! the rooms where cleaned evrey day and are really spacious with a few English tv channels itv and itv2 there are more Spanish then English that come here to holliday but still met a few people to chat with.my son didn’t make friends which he usually does ! entertainment in the pool and around the pool threw the day like aqua size and darts etc kids club on a night and they was bingo a quiz and a magic show while here i didn’t always stay up with been in the sun all day and the shows didn’t start while 22-30.we ate from the bar at tea times which was always nice although if you was here for a week it would get repetitive as not much choice a few toasties chips salads burger n pizza . Prices were fine too. Over all was defo a relaxed holliday what I wanted would not recommend if like me you usually like somewhere lively.

Currently holidaying here with adult family. The hotel rooms are lovely and large with comfortable beds. They are cleaned every day to a very good standard (the cleaners are all very friendly!). The pool area is lovely - very clean with plenty of sun loungers. I’ve read many reviews saying the hotel is ‘in the middle of nowhere’ which had me a little worried. In fact there are a number of restaurants and bars 300m from the hotel and a shop that covers all the necessaries. The town of El Campello is a 15 euro taxi ride and has a lovely long beech, huge range of restaurants and main supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi and Carrefour). There is a bus that takes you there (bus stop 300m away) or the hotel has a minibus at 10euros that drops you there in the morning and picks you up at 5pm (including water). The breakfast is okay with a range of hot and continental - perfectly fine to fill up on!!! The bar snacks are good quality and inexpensive. Yes, you are asked to cover up to use the inside bar but I would prefer that to wet swimwear). We have found the staff are all lovely and friendly - no, they don’t all speak English but we haven’t found that an issue at all. We are really enjoying our stay here and will definitely return next year!!

Only went to this hotel for 4 days due to easyjet canceling our flight home. Food dreadful always cold and not much choice, couldn't get a decent cup of tea and you was only given a bottle of water with meals, went into the pool only to find some kind grim floating on the top

Where to begin… We arrived told the room isn’t ready until 4pm this is apparently known, love holidays avoided to tell us this bit. Half board food as expected restaurant run efficiently with decent staff; read reviews about temperature this is right but it’s expected when it is buffet. Room eventually allocated after two or three bus loads were allocated first. Room decorated to a style that would not suit all but the bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast again was decent however we had decided to upgrade to all inclusive as two drinks were quite expensive and the snack menu wasn’t great big mistake on the first day a Monday no restaurant open no staff who knew what we were allowed to eat so we spent €40 up the road about 400m. In the second and third day the restaurant was open buffet style for the bus loads to eat very noisy busy restaurant but we ate decent enough. We had asked for a refund in the all inclusive told at reception we had to wait for the chief to authorise, no contact or any acknowledgment . Thursday we expected to eat but it was quiet the bus trips hadn’t returned so the rest of the guests had to guess what or where we could eat. Again we walked up the road it’s wasn’t worth our time waiting to ask reception as they didn’t seem to know Monday I’d have guessed we would be fobbed off again. Sunbeds and pool area need cleaning bird poo on everything I’ve been to hotels in the region usually you find someone with a hose first thing in the morning. Overall it’s golf resort we expected the isolation but hire a car or maybe find somewhere that isn’t so remote. I wouldn’t recommend at all unfortunately.
