I recently stayed at the Belvedere Hotel in Mykonos, and it was a lovely experience. I had the opportunity to enjoy both the Royal Suite and the Spectacular Panoramic View Room. Both were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with perfect climate control to keep me relaxed throughout my stay. While I did encounter some minor issues, such as early morning light coming through the blackout curtains, and a menu that lacked healthier dining options, overall, my stay was enjoyable. The gym was fantastic, well-equipped with a range of machines, and the hotel staff were consistently helpful and kind, making my experience even better. The hotel’s restaurant offered delicious food, and although I would have appreciated more variety in healthy options, it didn’t detract from the overall quality of the stay. I look forward to returning to the Belvedere Hotel for another wonderful stay in Mykonos

We have been spending our holidays on Mykonos for many years and have always wanted to go to the "Belvedere". This year we stayed there for 10 days. What was positive? The crew is very friendly and accommodating overall. The pool area is very nice. You can always get loungers. We also enjoyed the valet service - if you have ever been to Mykonos you know why. You have to wait about 15 minutes on average for the car. So plan your time. Why do we only rate the hotel as "satisfactory"? To be honest: it is not a 5-star hotel and by no means a "Leading Hotel of the World". When we arrived we were greeted warmly at check-in. No welcome drink. Nothing. When we got to the room (garden with jacuzzi) we immediately noticed the dusty glasses above the mini bar. In between there was long hair from the last guests. The room was then cleaned immediately. A drink as an apology? No. Nothing like that. We waited at the pool bar and paid 28 euros for a cocktail, 26 euros for a small glass of wine and a whopping 9 euros for a 0.2 cola. That's pretty steep, even for Mykonos. Our garden/jacuzzi was completely dirty almost every day. Only after we told housekeeping was the garden cleared of leaves (flying from the trees and bushes). If you don't say anything, nothing happens. You certainly feel well treated as a guest at the Belvedere. But: you don't feel special as a guest in any way. There is no attention in the room. Nothing. You pay when you check out and you don't get a personal farewell. The house is very old overall. But you can live with that. What's worse is that you expect a 5-star hotel and that isn't what you get. A maximum of 3 stars and we wouldn't come back to the Belvedere. The prices are simply too high for that. There are nicer hotels on Mykonos!
