Erato Hotel Mykonos

This hotel is a gem in Mykonos. It is connected right to the beach in Ornos and has a relaxing patio area that is like the garden of Eden. From the moment you arrive and are greeted with an amazing drink as you fill out the paperwork you can see how special this place is. But that is not even the most special part of this gem. It is the people. The owner Maria is an amazing and caring person. When you go, listen to what she tells you and you will have an amazing time. If she tells you a place is going to have great food you will not be disappointed. She also will give you insight into how to save money renting chairs and umbrellas on the beach. And if are looking to do something that is probably not a good idea she will tell you to help you learn from other’s mistakes. Her staff, especially Natalia, are wonderful people. They are such hard workers and go out of their way to take care of your needs while you’re staying there. When we were on our vacation a family member needed a doctor. Maria got in contact with a doctor and got them to squeeze us in the same day and she arranged a taxi ride for us which saved our vacation. Thank you Maria for such a wonderful experience. When we go back to Mykonos there is no question where we will be staying again.

When we arrived Maria was there to greet us with welcome drinks. She escorted us to the beautiful patio while she checked all four couples in. The rooms were the perfect size l, the bed was comfortable, and the view was amazing. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. It is just a short walk to Ornos beach. I think what made our stay the best was the hospitality of Maria and her staff. They truly went above and beyond.

the smell in the room is the smell of very old staff. the sea view is a small piece of the sea and the view was the hotel standing right in front our window. even when it's clean in the territory of the hotel it's terrible when you go out a few steps from it. there is trash and empty bottles everywhere. the food is ok, nothing special. we stayed at another hotel at the same beach so we had things that we can compare with. did not enjoy

This is the best hitel we have stayed at in Greece. Maria and the team are fantastic from the moment you arrive. The rooms are beautiful as is the view across the bay and the breakfast is the best again! We had an amazing stay and will definitely recommend to others. Do not pass this gem of a hotel up if staying in Mykonos

This property is amazing. Great location on the beach. Convenient for transport and close to great dining and fun options. The staff is unbelievably nice, helpful, and friendly. Aleksandra, the receptionist, is one of the nicest, friendliest, helpful people we met on the island. She is an absolute delight. She gave great local tips what to do and they were all perfect. Would come again for sure.

Beautiful property, can see the ocean from it. Daily breakfast is great. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach and to the bus stop, only 15 minutes by bus to the town centre. The staff are really helpful to plan things to do depending on weather and helped us organize a car for a good price. 24 hour reception makes you feel safe. Highly recommend.
